One or both sides not working | Change the cable and see if the issue persist |
Connectivity issue | Reset the device |
Quieter/ Sound Imbalance | Clean the earphone filter for any kind of ear wax build-up or dirt if that is reducing the volume output |
Jack issue | Clean the headphone jack with the soft cloth |
Charging issue | Use another charging cable |
Microphone not working | Try it with multiple OS devices and different kinds of devices like mobile phones, laptop, pc to see if the issue is occurring on all devices or just one |

Under warranty claim for this brand in India, we are able to offer some repair services for certain models. We shall try to repair your faulty unit and if we are unable to do so, we will send a working unit to you as a replacement.
Refunds and Store credit are strictly not allowed under warranty claims.
In order for us to proceed with an approved warranty claim request, the customer needs to bear the shipping charges of sending the unit to us and we shall bear the shipping charges while sending the replacement unit to the customer.
