With much trepidation I ordered my first ever IEM after coming across Headphonezone while searching for earphones. I went for the lowest config as I didn't want to risk it. The pair arrived and I was a bit confused when one side just didn't work. I wondered if I was doing anything wrong and then figured out there was some issue with the cable. Booked the return which was pretty seamless experience and instead of a refund requested another pair. Finally my CCA - LYRA landed and I tried it on with both sides firing. OMG. What clarity. My wife and I enjoyed the lovely sound quality as each note came alive.

This is my first time investing into a good audio product. I always used cheap earphones with bad mic and sound distortion problem and saw this website and thought of buying one so i bought these and not only the audio quality doesn't distort in higher volume the mic quality is very impressive as for audio comparison I played crab rave by noisestorm in my cheap earphones and cca lyra and the sound quality of lyra is very crisp clear good base and can listen to all the instruments low or high. The difference is heaven and earth. I am very satisfied with the product.

I got this under 999/- which was the best pricing for an IEM like CCA Lyra. I have been using these from 10 days and tried a lot of genres, especially South Indian Telugu old classics and traditional songs which has an emphasis on the both music and vocals. I found it was pretty balanced with a great sound signature. I can hear every beat precisely in any complex composition. I am planning to pair it with Fiio JadeAudio JA11 Dac ....
Pros:

This is my first IEM, which was irresistible at the July offer while I have already ordered a Meze Alba. While waiting for Meze Alba, I wanted to try a cheaper IEM and hence went for CCA Lyra.
At the first day, my experience was excellent voice and string instruments. I didn't find bass to be sufficient for the first few hours. Once it crossed the "break in" period, bass has improved significantly. However, I don't find the same clarity in voice and string instruments as in first day. I feel once the bass is improved, it has overtaken other frequency bands.
The colour looks beautiful. The colour will suit well for women than men. Hence, I have been asking all the ladies in my house to get one of these. It is so good, I bought a second piece for my cousin.
Most of the songs that I have heard many times sound completely new with more instruments showing up. Some tracks, which I thought were produced in drums, I realise now are different instruments. Unbelievable.
I tested it on playing from Apple Music, Amazon Music (India), Sportif and YouTube Premium. All of them delivered great music through CCA Lyra though my favourite is Apple Music.
Overall, CCA Lyra produces excellent quality music. The best part of this IEM is reproducion of string instruments like acoustic Guitar.

Love these earphones, they sound clear and have good bass, also the mic quality is really good but they just don't fit my ears properly. I tried to use them from an extended period of time but they just become too painful in the ears.
So, really nice earphones but I guess I don't get to use them. Wish I could have known how they'd fit in my ears before I orderd them.

Been using this for few days and it has balanced sounds, the design is so beautiful and the wire seems to be strong. Though headphone zone has given me a weird wire, it's not that it's faulty but it's twisted and as a person with OCD, this is bothering me a lot. (the rating is just applicable to the IEM CCA Lyra)
Now coming back to headphone zone's service, I personally kind of hated it tbh. They took time delivering the product but that is understandable due to the cyclone in Chennai but then I received a defective item. And from placing the return request to getting the replacement delivered to me, it all took almost a month.
So yeah, headphone zone really gotta improve their service.
