* Chu 2 & Wan'er S.G. offer tempting upgrades. Skip the Chu unless you crave adventure (and soldering skills)!

I purchased it from another website last year because they were out of stock here. I use earphones daily for 6-8 hrs for office calls, music, videos, etc. These are my 2nd (relatively) premium earphones, and I was using ~₹500 ones before them.
Sound: I was using XB55AP before these for the last 3 years so this was a new experience (flat sounding). The clarity and sound separation are great; it's more on the treble side and lacks the bass. I wish the bass was a little more, for the rest, it sounds great but not mind-blowing.
Mic: Poor in my experience; I don't know what it even captures, the recorded audio sounds weak, have faced many issues during calls. My basic ₹400 Samsungs work better.
Durability: Within 3 months of use, when I took off the ear tips (the 2nd time) for cleaning & put it back, the audio mesh of the right side went inside and later came out. So, I had to place and push it back in carefully so that it doesn't come out. After one more month, the left side became a little muter, it still sounds the same. Near the 10th month of use, the cables inside the earhooks became greasy like the unused rubber bands. Around the same time, the paint around the tip (from where the sound comes out) came off, on both sides. Even the earhooks don't hold the wire properly now. So, I has been a not-so-good experience overall.
My Sony XB55AP still works great after 4 years without any issue but so much happened with these Chus within a year. I still have 1 month left to claim a warranty but I don't know if I want to risk possibly the same or worse experience again.
So, these were my first IEMs and I wasn't sure if I would notice the difference in these and normal earphones. But I am glad I was wrong, there's a huge difference between clarity, detail and loudness. I could listen instruments I couldn't before and where they are being played from.
If you're considering getting an IEM, from my little experience, you should definitely go for it. Trust me, you'll love it.
Just have to be careful about the cable as it is non detachable so try to handle it with care otherwise build and quality is awesome and now Moondrop has released Chu II and they come with detachable cable so check them out as well :)

I like this earphone if you don't like too much bass then this is the one that you can buy, you're going to here allot of detailing in the song which you will not be able here in other commercial earphones at this price point built quality is also solid now I have to just check how long it can serve me

I don't mind the non-detachable wires that much but if only the wires were of a little better quality, this would have been a no-brainer at this price range.
Alternate option for people looking at this price:
1- Truthear Hola (but no mic)
2- 7Hz Salnotes Zero (has a mic and another type-C option too for convenience)
P.S. - The 3.5MM to Type-C converter in the picture was bought separately and does not come with the Moondrop Chu, so that's an additional cost to bear while buying these.

Worth : Great value for money.
Tuning and Sound Signature : An extremely well-tuned neutral IEM with a slightly bright and metallic tilt. Pairs well with anything and easy to run.
What if too neutral sound: The stock tips are great (spring tips) for listening the original neutral sound signature in mind. Something like the Final Audio Type E tips or experiment with any after market tips to bring a very little enhancements to the curve in bass / sub bass area.
Overall : Easy overall recommendation.
Notes:
Prefer the non mic version if so and use something with an in-line mic (I tried with a FiiO BTR5 works better for me this way for calls) .
As it is a fixed cable I also wrapped a cable protector on it.
earlier i used to have soundmagic e10 now these , these are pretty good but in some music you have to lower the volume also am used to of soundmagic maybe thats why but the build quality , looks of these ep are amazing , love the loudness , the music (am not audiophile )

The earphones arrived quickly, doesn't matter to me but some worry about this, anyway, it was first time investing in something like this, and, when I used this, it was justified down to the last rupee. Though the wire was a little thin for my preference as I have rough usage, it can work for me, the sound is perfectly balanced, and the funny thing is that meme came true when you start hearing new things in your everyday songs with good earphones. I was skeptical about the site first, but their social media management is quite interesting, it gave me a relief that they weren't some sketchy site, recommended this platform to more people than I did for Amazon, I am extremely picky, and they managed to impress me, though each to its own so your mileage may wary, (this part is edited in further) The sound is a little too loud, like, too loud, I use it at 30% most of the time, and it totally cancels out the outside sound, at 70% the treble is quite sharp and 100% is non-usable unless you have some hearing problems or use very high bass boost, which is again, not optimal, and the same goes to the microphone, record and listen to yourself, it's extremely loud, good for some but though I don't use it for calls, it can be a problem for some, anyway, sound at optimal levels is balanced, vocals are clear, lacks bass, I don't like high bass either, apart from that, this is a fine product.

Sound quality 10 out 10....don't like the built tbh .comfortable on ears but wire seems weak...high frequency is above average....moondrop chu gives U what it says neutral.

The clarity is great and I wanted to upgrade my earphones previously was using KZ ZSN Pro X in terms of loudness less loud than KZ but brighter than them and sound quality is much clear as compared to KZs.

This is my second IEM before this I had KZST, I have been using this for 5 months and it feels way more clear and premium than that. I love it especially for what you get for the price, and I wasn't expecting an a metal body it feels very premium because of that.
This was my first purchase from Headphone Zone everything went fine, Delivery was good no issues there, just a bit slow than what I'm used to but it's fine. I really love Headphone Zone getting these IEMs at this price was quite difficult before <3
