What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the Shure - True Wireless Secure Fit Adapter Gen 2 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

A great innovation

Shure-TW secure fit adapter gen 2 marvels at both design and hi-res performance. All necessary codecs are present and analog output is one of top notch in this price range. I am using it with SE535. The output is more than satisfactory. The area where it beats truly wireless completely is there’s absolutely no irritability from touch buttons getting pressed inadvertently, particularly in rest position. Call management is user friendly and is of good quality. Absolutely fantastic product.

Secure Fit wireless adapter TW2

I have been using these adapters with SE846’s and the experience has been better than what I expected. The audio quality is top notch and very comfortable to wear. I use these pair while cycling over 4 to 4.5 hours continuously and find them to be very comfortable. These adapters have given a new lease of life to my Shure SE 846’s.

Best sounding tw earbuds

These are probably the best sounding truly wireless earbuds when paired with the 215s .
Pros:
1. Superb sound quality
2. Possibility to upgrade to even better earphones like the Aonic 4 or 5 etc
3. Good for gym use
4. Pause automatically activates ambience mode which is very useful ( once you activate this feature from shure app)
Cons :
1. This May be a subjective point , but I felt it a uncomfortable after about 20-30 mins of use .
The AirPods Pro easily is the best in this regard
You just forget the pros are on when the ambience mode is on
2. The mic is not as good as the pros . People may find it hard to listen to you in noisy environments

Bottom line like all the reviews have already mentioned , these are probably the best for sound quality , secure fit and the possibility to upgrade to better earphones from shure

Pathetic build quality but great sound quality

I have been using these for some time now.

The build quality of the adapter is extremely poor. It won't last more than 18 months. In 18 months, you will see parts falling off. Shure doesn't provide any service to repair or replace the parts.

Essentially, you are at their mercy. If they feel its a manufacturing defect, they will think of replacing it. If they feel it a damage caused by your usage, then you are doomed. Throw them into the gutter.

But the sound quality is top-notch.

I wouldn't recommend these pairs because they are simply not durable.
