I really love this DAC dongle from Venture Electronics Avani. Compared to the JCally JM7, it's truly worth the money. I am using it with KZ PR2 planar IEMs, and the sound volume has increased by 30%. The audio clarity is excellent, and the build quality is very good. At INR 739, it's a fantastic value. However, one thing to note is that it sounds great when listening through Amazon, Apple, or Hungama music streaming services but doesn't perform as well with YouTube.

Combining with some good IEMs, we don't need any high end portable DAC and AMPs. It supports with Samsung devices. That's a good news for Samsung users.

I needed a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter / DAC for my new phone. The AVANI has been working great for me. It sounds amazing, is reasonably priced and well built. Also, thanks to Headphone Zone for the super quick service and attention to detail!

The impedance written on qkz x hbb khan box was 10ohm which is actually false. it was my first iem which my phone was not able to drive at full volume. not even my pc and laptop. So I had to buy a dac and this is all you need if you are having similar power related issue.
Though, headphone gurus from headphonezone guided me well while buying IEMs, they seem to give false info when it comes to DAC. They said "A better dac will improve the sound quality. Not the loudness " which is absolutely false. DAC and amps are not supposed to give you "better" sound quality by any means. Scientifically it should provide a flat frequency response which is exactly what avani is doing, and if your IEMs are hard to drive, it should increase the power , which in simple layman terms mean VOLUME. Even if very very expensive options provide you a better soundstage and sense of separation, its simply either placebo or the difference will be so small that its way more wise to spend that money on better iems itself. Your smartphone, paired with a external DAC like avani is more than enough to drive any IEM to its full potential.

Now, why did I get a DAC when I already had 3.5mm jack in my smartphone and pc? Because of power and Volume. Without DAC , khan was sounding normal, I thought its just a side grade from my previous IEM 7hz zero but after using avani , khan is a very clear upgrade. As its a low sensitivity IEM unlike 7hz zero, it used the extra juice from the DAC. as avani has 1vrms of output potential, its the last thing you will ever need for any IEM to exist (unless its a super expensive planar or custom IEM which is inaudible from your smartphone).

I bought kz before a week. To imporve more clarity i ordered this . What i expected is done by Avani😄.

I ordered the avani 3.5mm to type C converter to pair it with my new IEM's.
This product , right out of the box looks really impressive. There's a nice shine to it and it has a braided cable. The jacks feel premium and sturdy.

I tried it with the Blon bl-03 earphones and they work like a charm.

I even paired this converter with my guitar amplifier to play tracks and had no complaints. There was absolutely no noise and feedback , no sorts of loose connection. The product is just amazing!

Since my phone doesn't have 3.5mm headphone jack i bought this connector to help connect my IEM but the product was highly disappointed. If i receive call in between music i have to remove the connector and talk in the phone coz this connector doesnt work properly when i attend calls the voice gets broken and person at the other end says they cant hear my voice. Thats so frustrating and also the cap got loosen and its irritating to plug in everytime. The connector provided with my phone works good than this. The only thing it does is it increases the loudness by 5-10% thats it

The product had manufacturing defect. Headphone jack side of dongle had detached metal cover (Image). Also, experienced heavy static while in a call. Headphone jack connection was loose so the left earphone kept getting disconnected even with a little movement of dongle. Returned the product 3 days ago and still haven't received any kind of update on it. Would be a huge help if Headphone Zone takes actions as they've mentioned in their policy. Why even keep this kind of products on the site? I needed the whole kit on urgent basis and my time got wasted along with the money. With this kind of product delivered, I expect refund ASAP.

Good audio quality. Doesn't downgrades the original headphone's audio. I used my moondrop chu with galaxy S21 FE and it's perfectly compatible. However, its a little bit tight fit with the c type cable and doesn't easily stick out.

It's connects my moto edge 20 pro via type c port to the 3.5 mm jack . I don't think it improves the performance of the BLON BL03s. Can't really say much about it's dac capabilities. Nothing to complain but . It's a good connecting unit .

It is such a great experience to hear music on wired headphones, venture avani made it true on my phone. Good to hear on my Sony XB55AP.

I mostly prefer wired earphones over the wireless ones. Since, I upgraded to a phone which doesn't have 3.5 mm jack the RHA MA 390 didn't use to sound good woth after market 3.5 dongles I tried earlier. I even bought a Pixel dongle but it was not that great either. This is one of the best purchase and after almost 1.5 years I'm getting great output via my earphone. It almost same as my Galaxy Buds 2 pro. I may be exaggerating but it still sounds way better than any wirless counterpart which is priced is 3 times than the combo of this (3.5 mm dongle+RHA MA 390).
I'm really happy with the purchase.
