Unboxed & Demo Deals

Same Gear, Smaller Price, Zero Compromise

Unboxed and demo units let you get genuinely great gear, from IEMs to flagship DAPs, at a noticeably lower price. Every unit is professionally inspected before it's listed, so you get a 100% working product either way, the difference between the two is what you get around it, packaging, accessories, and warranty coverage.

This collection spans everything from budget IEMs to five figure flagships, so it's worth reading the specific condition notes on each listing before you buy, since unboxed and demo units aren't covered the same way.

Factors to Consider When Buying Unboxed and Demo Deals

Headphone Zone Certified Unboxed Units: Unboxed units are as good as new products, just without the original packaging. This usually happens when a box gets damaged in transit, or when a customer uses a product once or twice and returns it with the packaging already opened. You save up to 15% for going without the box, and everything else, original warranty, all original accessories, and our unchanged replacement policy, stays exactly the same as a new purchase.

Headphone Zone Certified Demo Headphones: Demo headphones have been used at our Experience Studio in Mumbai, so you get them pre burned in, at drop dead prices. We run this sale every year to clear out our existing demos and make way for new units. Since these units have seen genuine use as demos, you may or may not get the original packaging, and some accessories may be missing, which is reflected in the discount. The photos on each listing show the exact condition and included accessories, so do check them, and reach out to us if you have any specific questions.

Warranty, the Difference That Matters: Unboxed units carry the same manufacturer warranty period as a brand new product. Demo units don't come with that same warranty cover, what you get instead is our 7 day replacement guarantee, and that's specifically for a defective unit, not a change of mind. If you're not sure a demo unit's condition is right for you, it's worth asking us before you buy rather than after.

Testing: Every unboxed and demo unit is professionally inspected by our Headphone Gurus before it's listed, so what you're paying less for is the packaging and prior use, not the performance.

Clearance and Deals of the Month: These are usually last few units of older stock or time limited price drops, so if something in this section catches your eye, it's worth acting on it sooner rather than later since availability tends to be limited.

Pro Tip / Your Cheat Code: Always check the photos, condition notes, and whether it's listed as Unboxed or Demo before adding to cart, that one detail tells you what warranty and return cover you're actually getting.
