Highly Efficient Dual Dynamic Driver In-Ear Monitor
Truthear, in collaboration with Crinacle, presents us with the most anticipated IEM of the year, the ZERO: RED. It is a 🔈 dual dynamic driver IEM which has seen an improvement to its predecessor, the ZERO. Crincale and Truthear had been working on this project red to bring us an IEM that performs exceptionally well due to its phenomenal tuning.
3.5mm Termination
It comes with standard 3.5mm termination. The advantage of 3.5mm termination is you can pair these with a portable DAC & Amp to take the performance of these in-ear monitors to the next level.
Sunken 2-Pin Connectors
Truthear ZERO: RED comes with 🔌 0.78mm 2-Pin interfaces (the cavity is a sunken 0.78 2Pin female socket), expanding the possibilities by changing the cable and leaving room for upgradability. It can be paired with a Balanced cable or a Bluetooth adapter if you ever wish to go wireless.
Copper-Plated Silver Cable
The cable for the ZERO: RED has four strands of high-quality copper and silver plating with a thicker diameter of a single strand. A copper and silver-plated cable is one in which the conductor or core has a layer of silver applied to it. Typically, this plating improves conductivity, lessens signal loss or interference, and improves audio quality in general.
Impedance Adapter
It comes with a 10 Ohms impedance adapter which increases the bass by 3dB with a lower mid-range resolution with a substantial bass boost.

The first time I heard it, I couldnt believe my ears. The Project Red, as so many of us in the community have known for a while, is simply the best sounding IEM by a mile. Crinacle has smashed this one out of the park. And Truthear has delivered faithfully.
I think the ZERO and ZERO:RED are good options for those who want either flavor of tuning. I’m happy to say the Turthear ZERO:RED is an easy recommendation!
The ZERO: RED are a no-brainer purchase for anyone looking for an affordable neutral pair of IEMs. While not perfect in every way, they are superb where it really counts - the tonal balance.
In conclusion, the Truthear x Crinacle Zero Red offers a mid-centric sound signature with a sub-bass boost. It has good mids and its vocals are especially convincing.
If comfort with the larger nozzle is not an issue, the quality of its bass, leveled treble, and the included 10 Ω impedance adapter make it an exceptional value.
The Truthear x Crinacle Zero Red, an upgrade of the original 2022 Zero, is certainly a decent iem that is worth its asking price. But, other than that it has been carefully curated/marketed/hyped and is well accessorized.
The soundstage is on the wider side for an IEM not using a multi-balanced armature arrangement, but instrument separation is fairly average, as is imaging.

Ater using this really notice my favorite songs more detailed aslo some instrument sound never heard before. Sound very good and detailed aslo have control bass. At first i worried about the nozzle size . But it fit well without any problem pairs of small eartip, not fill any pressure in my ears and discomfort. Everyone should try. Don't try if you are a Bass lover. At last iem is good but Shiping company Delhivery is handling with very care that's why my package was torn a side aslo have some damage on the box. But not any damage on iem. But one iem nozzle small piece un shape.

I’ve been using the Truthear x Crinacle: Zero Red for a while now, and honestly, the sound quality is impressive. The tuning feels really refined — bass is rich, punchy, yet well-balanced, without overpowering the mids or highs. Vocals come through clean and natural, and the overall listening experience feels quite detailed for the price.
I’ve been using these directly plugged into my PC (no DAC), and even then, the performance is fantastic. So, I can only imagine how much better they’d sound with a proper DAC setup.
That said, there are a couple of downsides worth mentioning. The lack of an in-line microphone is a bit inconvenient if you plan to use these for calls or gaming. Also, the fit might not be ideal for everyone — my ear canals are smaller than average, and even with the smallest included eartips, I experience some discomfort during long sessions.
Overall, though, the Zero Red delivers excellent value for its price, especially if you prioritize pure sound quality over features like a mic. With the right fit and possibly a DAC, this could easily become a go-to pair for audiophiles on a budget.

I needed something on neutral with a bit of a bass boost and these deliver excellently. The soundstage is GREAT and it sounds v relaxing not fatiguing at all. The fit might be an issue for some but surprisingly if you can find really smol eartips ( i used the ones that came with my hola ) they disappear into your ears. TBH the stock tips aren't bad either they're very good as well. The impedance adapter makes things even better for bass heavy music but be warned it's not that big of a difference with and without. The bass is well balanced, vocals sound very clean and the treble is more on the smooth side than sparkly. Loved it. 😼

One of the best IEM under 5000rs but have fit issue and painful for long sessions because of nozzle size. But If you have big ears this can be considered end game iem under 5000rs

I tried these out of curiosity, and am not a big audiophile and these sound much better than my AirPods. They have significantly more detail, and I have seen some people say that the bass is low, but it feels about the same in terms of loudness, and in fact the bass has a level of clarity and separation in the sense that I can make out sounds that follow the bass significantly clearly ( and this comes at no cost of clarity to the bass ).
I am able to hear subtle details in songs that I have enjoyed for a long time and while subtle, these details and the level of realism in the sound is very rewarding.
On to the things specific to my refurbished device, there are some *very* noticeable scratches on the left bud. Other than that, everything was good. Came with the carry case, all of the silicon and foam buds, the impedance adapter, and the cables.

The IEMs are tuned differently. You should up the volume for the bass to hit and feel the lows. Compared to Meze Alba, it’s nowhere, but at this price, I guess it’s Okay. The cable it comes with is a disaster. I never had my MacBook volume go more than half as it’s too much. But with that cable I could go full. The additional pin for bass improvement, I felt it does nothing. I have changed the cable to Tanzu Red Lion, then it’s something. Bass tuning is wide and impressive at high volume but the treble is so disturbing and hurts your ears. Good soundstage though.
And the unboxed version. I did not get the mesh along. The leather pouch, one of the buttons doesn’t work. Felt these IEMs were heavily used for years. Felt ₹2,000 is less discount for the quality received. Half price may be less than that would have been justified. Lesson learnt. Will not buy unboxed items anymore. Though I’ll stay silent but sharing this upon Raghav’s email (I know it’s system generated, but out of respect).

The iems are really good but I did not receive any eartips with it
It's been 2 day and I had no problem with the unboxed version of it till now works very well as it supposed to be, seems very new. Wonderfull product and delivery was fast and smooth. Thank you
the DD BA driver configuration at 4k is incredible! Lovely crossover and very vibey bass that hits the spot. Treble could be slightly brighter, but thats easily fixable with a DAC, which you should be getting with this anyways.
Yes I have received the order. And the product is just to good. But the 10 ohm adopter is missing from the box. What to do now? Can't do anything. If there is any solution please let me know. You took 4 days to dispatch the product and upon asking your team said that "the product is unboxed so you need more time to check it,so that I won't be facing any problem" but at last one item was missing which could have been very important for someone. Anyways, keep growing and make this company big. Would purchase some more IEMs from you again soon.

The IEM sounds really good, allowing me to appreciate sound and music much better. I was able to make out layers of music and can wear it for long sessions.

These IEMs sound amazing cannot find fault in its audio output specially for the price. But these have a big and thick nozzle which will not be suitable for everyone. Before buying make sure these will fit your ears.
Truthear does do a great job in providing a lot of different ear tips to find one suitable for you but even the smallest ear tip may be large for some people.

If you're a beginner this is the best IEM OUT THERE. Not colored signature but this gives feeling of originality.

See , This IEM might be bulky or big for small ear canal but if it's perfectly fit into your ear canal then may be it's the best IEM even twice or thrice the price of its competitors.

Truthear Hexa is a very good deal for its price. This is a slightly warmer sounding IEM which will appeal to many. Considering its much lower in price, definitely a very good purchase.

I was a bit sceptical about buying a unboxed one, but I got the box and all the eartips. The sound quality of this earphones are really good. I use it for both gaming and music with my desktop mainly. I listen to Jpop and phonk a lot, I like this earphones more for phonk and my tangzu waners for jpop

It's like having a miniature sound system I. Your ears. Amazing Bass I wanted a basshead iem for trance and this was perfect. The sound and bass quality completely blew me away. Played flac files of my favourite trance music and the bass presentation was was amazing. And this was without the dac I can only imagine how this will sound with the audiocular d07 which I have ordered.
