In case you receive the Campfire Audio - Solaris Stellar Horizon with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. Two revolutionary drivers and driver treatment technologies are revolutionising Solaris' internal parts. The three unique dual diaphragms' Balanced Armatures produce more output and less distortion. The 10mm ADLC dynamic driver has innovative Radial Venting, which increases the air volume and the driver's operating space. As a result, the soundstage is "wider," making the dynamic driver's performance more consistent. The Campfire Audio Solaris Stellar Horizon combines elegance and durability with precision machined, brushed stainless steel housing, which is accented by brass fasteners and MMCX capture. A custom gold PVD inlay contrasts with black, laser-cut acrylic to round out Solaris' stunning presentation and exceptional build quality.

The cables supplied with the Solaris Stellar Horizon are a new addition to Campfire Audio’s IEM (in-ear monitor) range. Three high-quality Time Stream cables come with the Solaris Stellar Horizon. All three use the Time Stream Cable design by Campfire Audio, which combines Beryllium copper MMCX connectors with silver-plated copper conductors. A soft and pliable jacket removes microphonics and reveals the silver-plated copper conductors. Almost every purpose is covered because there are options for 2.5mm Balanced, 3.5mm Single-Ended, and Pentaconn 4.4mm Balanced terminations. Campfire Audio also includes a Dimensional Folding leather carrying case to keep your beloved Solaris Stellar Horizon from accidental bumps and scratches. The magnetic clasps on the case close securely and can be opened easily with one hand on demand. The premium leather protects your earphones naturally and beautifully in a Dark Matter Black finish.
