In case you receive the ddHiFi - TC07S USB-C to USB-C OTG Cable with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Purpose not solved

I bought it for the purpose of reducing emi interference with my cayin ru6, because it has separte wires to transmit data and power. But, I got completely disappointed, as it doesn't help at all in this regard. However I can sense more air, into the audio signal. The soundstage is bigger now. It changed my misconception of wires can't change sound quality. Anyways I didn't purchase this for that purpose.Build quality and aesthetics are excellent, still I shall level this as an overpriced product.
