In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the FiiO - BTR15 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

Best in segment

The best clarity as amp can give in this price range. Best use case for me is to use it with LDAC mode, which gives great clarity and comfort in terms of portability. You just cant go wrong with this dac amp. Battery life can be a little longer but no complaints as we can charge it while using.

It's size was really little, but it was really beyond expectations... Now I can listen music with my favorite headphones, my first wireless dac... Wonderful design, not feel heavy, sometimes forget it is in my pocket... I loved it very much and I recommend to my friends for sure, thanks for headphone zone team and it's CEO

The only regret I have is why did I not get it earlier!

This thing has been working flawlessly, looks fabulous, is powerful enough to drive almost everything, mic is awesome. Can't complain about anything.

I have a RU7, but that consumes too much power. Compared to that this much more convenient.

DAPs also come with their own issues, like being slow or requiring to carry an additional brick device apart from the phone, etc. Compared to that, this bluetooth dongle that can be used with a regular phone is so much more straightforward.

A good balance

I earlier bought BTR5 about four years ago and this BTR15 exceeds that in all aspects. I normally listen in low volumes, so power is not that much important to me other than driving high impedance devices. More interested in balance, sound stage and clarity and this device meets it well. My first device BTR3 bought seven years ago, still works with great warmth. Later Fiio came out with BTR3K and the warmth was reduced. BTR5 four years ago exceeded all these devices and now BTR15 has moved ahead in a balance of weight when one is listening and has a manageable weight in that regard vs BTR17 which is much heavier and might inconvenience a listener. In short an ideal device for now.
