INTRODUCING THE FF3, A DUAL-CAVITY DRUM-TYPE EARBUD THAT PRODUCES SPINE-TINGLING BASS RESPONSE

FiiO has had great success in creating a line-up of earbuds that combine excellent audio quality and great looks. FiiO's dynamic driver line-up has always amazed the critics with its single DD setup that presents exceptional tonality and clarity with smooth bass texture. The FiiO FF3 joins a line-up of earbuds, such as the EM5 and EM3K/EMS, which achieved remarkable success. The FiiO FF3 hosts a dual-cavity drum for exceptional audio performance. The engineers at FiiO went through research in developing and designing the bass cavity for the FF3. The "Drum" cavity was specifically designed to utilise resonances produced effectively to bring out the best possible bass response. As a result, the mid-range gains an equal amount of weight and depth from the bass, which is well-balanced and has the right amount of thump and naturalness.

FEATURES A 14.2MM DYNAMIC DRIVER WITH ALUMINIUM DAIKOKU JAPANESE VOICE COIL

FiiO's dynamic driver earbud series has regularly stunned critics with its single dynamic driver setups that deliver clarity and thumping bass. The FiiO FF3 uses the top-tier 14.2mm, dynamic driver, following in the footsteps of its earbud siblings like the well-recognised EM5 and EM3K/EMS. The inside of the FF3 shell is embedded with a driver with an ultra-fine copper-clad aluminium Japanese Daikoku voice coil for accurate sound reproduction. The Daikoku voice coil is lightweight with a diameter of 0.033mm, which helps to reduce the weight of the 14.2mm dynamic driver. This design allows the driver to move faster, enhancing the overall dynamics and resolution capabilities that the FF3 captures. With this setup, the FF3 can release more energy when playing back music delivering clean and natural sound reproduction and allowing you to experience the sound of beating drums.

EXPERTLY DESIGNED BERYLLIUM-PLATED DOME WITH PU GASKET DIAPHRAGM DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL SONIC PERFORMANCE

The engineers at FiiO specifically designed a beryllium-plated dome in conjugation with a PU gasket to complement the 14.2mm driver to deliver exceptional sonic performance throughout the frequency spectrum. The beryllium-plated diaphragm is robust yet lightweight, reducing unwanted distortion and interference. The dynamic drivers' gasket is composed of PU (Polyurethane), which allows for more detailed and textured bass response. The mid-range is full-bodied and has the much-needed weight and body that make the male and female vocals sound life-like and come through as natural. The FF3 has a very holographic and airy presentation in the treble region, which allows your music to breathe and come alive. With this effective frequency range, FF3 has the benefit of reproducing exceptional soundstage and image clarity.

ENGULF YOURSELF IN A PURE SONIC VOYAGE WITH THE BASS-ENHANCING ACOUSTIC FLUTE DESIGN

FiiO has been recognised for its meticulous design for the drivers to perform to their fullest. The FF3's design also went through rigorous research and development to make use of the internal space of the housing of the FF3 that accommodates a bass-enhancing acoustic tube within. Engineers at FiiO created the sound tube to expand the airflow within, which boosts air damping, which improves sound damping, lowering the resonance point to achieve higher sound performance. The result is a jitter-free audio reproduction that elevates the listening experience. The FF3s can reproduce frequencies as low as 90 Hz when worn without a sponge cover and have an effective frequency range as low as 42.5Hz when using a sponge cover to give you a genuinely deep earbud bass extension.

BRANDISHES A CLASS-LEADING BUILD WITH 316L STAINLESS STEEL POLISHED SHELLS

FiiO is known in the audio industry to offer high-quality and durably built earbuds and IEMs, and the FF3 is no different. FF3 boasts a class-leading construction made with carefully selected materials and expertly crafted by FiiO. FF3's stunning solid stainless steel construction undergoes polishing and PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) electroplating that looks stunning and is pretty comfortable to wear. The consequence is exceptional build quality and comfort in the design process. The FF3's cover for the dynamic driver is composed of highly-permeable tempered glass. The glass faceplate gives a crystal-clear, transparent look with various distinct layers giving FF3 a unique and elegant look. Stainless steel is the material of choice for the FF3 and allows the intricate craftsmanship of the clever design; to truly shine. The use of 316L stainless steel extends the life of the FF3 and gives it a premium feel.

BUNDLED WITH HIGH-PURITY SILVER-PLATED MONOCRYSTALLINE COPPER CABLE AND A WIDE ARRAY OF ACCESSORIES

FiiO pays special attention to the design of the cables to support the earbuds' dynamic drivers to reproduce excellent sonic performance. The FF3's cable is no different, equipped with 152 total wires and high-purity silver-plated monocrystalline copper that makes your music sound more life-like so that you can enjoy sparkly highs and smooth and warm bass texture. German TPU (Thermoplastic PolyUrethane) was used to make the cable's sheath, making it resistant to hardening and yellowing and reducing unwanted microphonics. The accessories that the FF3 comprises are three types of standard sponge covers for different types of sonic performance; bass-enhancing, balanced, and transparent treble-focused. You can choose each sponge cover to suit your sonic taste. To achieve better resolution, FiiO recommends using transparent treble-focussed sponge covers. FF3 also comes with all-aluminium twist-lock swappable plugs allowing you to change between 3.5/4.4mm depending on your source.
