What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

In case you receive the FiiO - M23 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

What's the difference between Super High mode and Desktop mode?

1.Make sure the charging port(any C port will do) is connected to a fast charging adapter that supports PD3.0 or above protocol.
2.Pull down the menu and select Super gain in Gain option. Or select the Super gain option from Settings - Audio - Gain.
Note:When fast charging is plugged in and the Desktop Mode is ON, a prompt will appear asking whether to enable the Super High Gain Mode.When fast charging is not plugged in, there will be no prompt.
When D.MODE is enabled, the battery will not be charged, nor will it consume the battery power (provided that USB power is sufficient) so it can be protected better. The USB power supply for enabling Desktop mode does not require support for fast charging. The Desktop mode could be enabled when any USB C port is connected to power supply.

How to access the storage/SD card after connecting the FiiO M23 to a computer?

For Windows computers, it is driver-free.
After connecting the FiiO M23 to the computer by the included USB cable, the driver will be automatically installed. Then the FiiO M23 disk can be directly seen on the computer.

When connecting FiiO M23 to a Windows computer, the disk drive shows M17/R7, etc.? If you have connected to M17/R7 to the computer before, this phenomenon will occur. In this case, you can right click the M17/R7 option in Device Manager to uninstall it. Reconnect FiiO M23 and it will be displayed correctly.
Mac computers need a driver.
1.After connecting the FiiO M23 to the Mac computer, click the ""NO NAME"" folder emerging on the desktop->double click Mac->Mac/MAC OS MTP Client->Android File Transfer.dmg. Drag the ""Android File Transfer.dmg"" to the desktop of the computer.
2. Drag the ""Android File Transfer"" file to the ""Applications"" folder and wait for the completion of the copy.
3. Enter ""Applications"", and double click the ""Android File Transfer"". Then you can manage the files stored in the internal storage of the FiiO M23 or the Micro SD card.
Notes: The FiiO M23 folder will directly pop up the next time it is being connected to the same computer.

How to connect the FiiO M23 to an external decoder? Does it support USB audio digital output?

The FiiO M23 supports external USB audio. The setting steps are as follows.
1. Enable "USB output" in the FIIO Music app on the FiiO M23.
2. Use an OTG cable to connect the FiiO M23 to the external decoder.
3. Open the FIIO Music app or other music applications to use the FiiO M23 as a USB digital output device.

How to change the language on the FiiO M23?
1. Go to the menu of Settings->System->Languages and input->Languages.
2. Tap "Add a language" to choose the intended one.
3. Press the "=" icon on the right side and drag it to the first line to select the language successfully.
Note: The language of the FIIO Music app defaults to follow the system's. You can also go to the FIIO Music app->ME>Languages/语言 to choose the language independently.
Lyrics display
Supported. Name the LRC lyrics file the same as the music file and put them in the same folder. On the music playing page, tap the cover on the middle of the screen to switch to the lyrics display page.

What power supply adapter is suggested to charge the FiiO M23?

Fast charging protocols including PD3.0 or above are supported. If the power adapter does not support neither the above protocol, it will not trigger the fast charging function and super high gain but just common charging. For non-fast charging adapters, it is suggested to use the 5V 1A/2A power adapters.
