A Pre-order product is a product that we especially order for you from the brand. Once you place an order with us, we will order it from the brand for you.

2. How do I know when the product will be delivered?
There is a rough timeline on the product availability and once it has been confirmed with the brand, we will inform you.

3. Do you order the product from the brand as soon as I place the order?
We do not immediately order the product but add it in the upcoming order.

4. Will you be giving me updates?
Once we have ordered the product and have a confirmed timeline, we will give you an update.

5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

In case you receive the iFi Audio - Nova with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

GET RID OF POWER PROBLEMS THAT PLAGUE YOUR AUDIO SYSTEM WITH THE NOVA

In its nine-year history, iFi has produced a lot of "clean power" devices, but up until now, it hasn't designed a specialised IEC power cable for home audio components. The wait is over!! A power cable with a high-end design that belies its low cost called the Nova has been designed and developed by iFi. Nova is a significant improvement over conventional mains leads by giving sound more clarity, spaciousness, and definition. The Nova comprises a unique arrangement consisting of five conductors, each manufactured of heavy-gauge, continuous-cast OFHC (Oxygen-Free High Thermal Conductivity) copper, placed in a balanced geometrical manner. The earth conductor, located in the cable's centre, is flanked by two pairs of live and neutral conductors. The two pairs of live and neutral conductors are kept apart while increasing the cable's overall dielectric performance. The second pair of air-dielectric delineators are polymer matrix tubes filled with air resulting in the cable's overall dielectric performance and constructive solidity.

DESIGNED WITH GROUND ZERO CONFIGURATION TO ELIMINATE EMI/RFI INTERFERENCES FOR PURE SILENT POWER

The Nova uses five conductors arranged in a geometrically balanced form. The two pairs of live and neutral conductors are separated by the earth conductor that runs through the middle of the cable. Unlike other main cables, the ground conductor is organised in a shotgun configuration rather than being twisted. The magnetic fields of the live and neutral conductors cancel each other out perfectly when placed in a truly balanced arrangement. As a result, neither an undesired induced voltage on the Ground conductor nor a residual magnetic field applied to the Center Ground Conductor exists which is called the Ground Zero design, created by iFi. Each power line's concurrent shield reduces both internal and external RFI noise. The Nova power cable offers constant impedance and excellent EMI/RFI (Electromagnetic Interference/Radio Frequency Interference) rejection as a result of this clever combination of materials and structure, keeping the purity of mains electricity feeding each component in an audio or AV system.

NOVA DELIVERS MAXIMUM PURITY AND CLASS-LEADING BUILD FUSED WITH IFI'S BESPOKE AUDIOPHILE-GRADE CONNECTORS

The cable is finished with iFi's specialised audiophile-grade connectors and a flexible polymer outer sheath. The connectors have conductors that are 24ct gold-plated and oxygen-free copper. Heavy OHFC (oxygen-free high thermal conductivity) continuous copper is used in the construction of Nova for exceptional conductivity and protection. When used alone, the Nova cable has a noticeable impact on sound quality. However, it works brilliantly in conjunction with iFi's PowerStation mains conditioning power strip because the PowerStation removes common mode and differential mode noise from the power supply while the Nova maintains maximum purity to the connected component. The Nova is a balanced power cable with a constant impedance design fused with concurrent shielding for each power line and a double circular helix power line design with an air dielectric delineator.
