I brought Moon May for my use unfortunately mic not working i tried different devices but mic have problem. so i return the product February 19. Today March 18, only calls receive i explain everything finally they understand me with mic problem. i said send back same product with different mic wire they agree but no response after that. this loop continues till date. but no result, i am waiting too long no responses ,no services,no returns ,no money nothing happened .. i lost my money and product too. they not pick my call. many time i try to connect with them still no response. so anyone want to purchase this site think twice. i am going to put a case against them if not get product or money.
"I've been using the Moondrop May for 3 days, it's an excellent pair of iem. The sound quality is impressive, with a well-balanced tuning, clear mids, and crisp treble. The bass is present but not overwhelming, making it great for those who prefer a natural sound signature. The build quality is solid, and the design is sleek, light weight and comfortable for long listening sessions.
However, I deducted one star because the fit might not be perfect for everyone, and the passive noise isolation could be better. Additionally, the texture on the top of the buds seems that it can wear off by time.

I've got them for my birthday as a present from my friends and I've been using May since May 7th. I'm pleased about it in all the ways before that I was a guy who bought products with good reviews only. Still, since the launch there is no one who appreciates the MAY In India but I put them aside and got them as my birthday present. Then It all changed starting with the type c is not just an ordinary type c you can change the presets or else just download it from the Moondrop app. I love the preset name called CREEPCROW which is natural and it suits you well for May Yeah you find more and more by using it and I Thankyou Headphone Zone for your service!

Coming from KZ DQ6, CCA CRA, Tinhifi T2, Moondrop Chu and Chu 2, Tangzu Wan'er, the main improvement in Moondrop May is the technical performance specifically the imaging and the detail retrieval
The unboxing experience was quite nice and the included case looks and feels very nice but the tips were terrible (i have no other words for them)
Since the <3000 IEM market got really competitive, most of the other iems I own are also very good in the tuning department but fall short on the technical abilities. From what I've read, Moondrop May isn't even the best in terms of technical performance in the 5-7k price bracket but the DSP cable made me choose it(and probably the waifu haha)
The imaging really shines when listening to bands like Snarky Puppy etc. The soundstage, I think is just a tad bit better compared to the likes of the Wan'er and the Chu's
I prefer the Harman tuning preset on the Moondrop app and the PEQ seems to be quite flexible BUT the app is wayyy to buggy for regular use, so much so that I don't even bother to use it most of the time but fortunately it isn't the most important part of the IEM
Overall, I would give this IEM a 7.5/10, if they could include the Moondrop Spring tips and the app was perfectly working, might give it a 9

A bang of the buck IEM.
This is my third purchase from headphone zone, & boy, this one's the winner.
As a new hobbyist, the IEMs make me smile whenever I use it.
Sound stage is the best of what I've heard so far. Having bought the FiiO JD1 & Moondrop Chu 2, I couldn't hold back when the May was back in stock. Vocals are stunning, Bass is quite good (I wish it packed a little more), acoustic tracks hit different once the IEMs open up after regular use (audiophiles call it Burn-in?).
This is probably a gateway drug into my high quality audio journey, & I'm hooked!

Very good IEMs with a well-balanced sound, clean treble, and a warm signature. The only drawback is the Moondrop app on iOS, which doesn’t work properly and requires adjusting the EQ every time.

This product is good but my phone isn't iam using an s10 plus device i think my phone is not giving me the full potential of this product like low volume but the sound quality is good.i'am using power amp music player i tried everything and the output iam getting from my device only 48khz 16 bit even if i tried to raise the volume somwhow it causing distortion.

From the moondrop chu 2 to moondrop may is a major upgrade for me and the may is an awesome iem still after almost 2 years comparing to many other iems in the similar price category. Even after listening for over 2.5 to 3 hours it's not fatiguing the fit is also awesome and the passive noice cancellation also does a pretty good job
Only negative was it took me 30 minutes to figure out how to fit the ear tips
Overall I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5
