In case you receive the Noble Audio - Spartacus with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Its all about the fit and the tips

As IEMs go these are the largest ones that I own, so there was some discomfort in wearing these. I am still getting used to them. I first used the double flange tips that these came with as having never used these I wanted to try them and these sounded tinny no bass at all. Then I moved to the regular silicon tips and was very relieved when they sounded much much better. The nozzle is also very wide and I had difficulty getting different tips on to them. The hybrid config on these is different from any IEM that I have heard of or personally heard, they have bone conduction drivers, which is what got me excited in the first place. In the real world I didnt hear anything different or remarkable from other IEMs. There arent a lot of reviews for these out there (a couple of them on Head-fi and Bloom Audio. I dont trust Bloom Audio too much as I have never heard them say anything bad about anything, HPZ does call them staff favorites and have a youtube review out where all I could see was the reviewers hands moving and was too distracted to hear what he was actually saying, with that said I think the Dita Audio Project M blows these out of the water at one fifth the price). I was expecting the Bass to be great - thunderous and impactful and the highs to be clear and precise. I was happy with the Highs but let down on the Bass. I may use and try other tips If you have other high end IEMS then you can give these a miss. They look very nice and came in a big Nanuk case (I am a big fan of this brand better quality than Pelican in my opinion and cheaper, I have 3 other cases for my drone and camera gear and have never been disappointed), with 12 tips; an IEM cleaning brush; interchangeable terminations and a Noble Wizard sticker with two other cases - one a velour drawstring pouch and the other a leather case for easy carrying. The cable is very nice and well made. I am using the A&K SP3000T with these on full tube mode (warm source) and they sound very good but didnt make me go wow as the Project M and 64 Audio Volur did for me. I would rate them 4.5 stars.
