Go it in the recent sale 100rs leeser than a usual price... really its doin the job very well... initially i was confused is this for android mobile also... then the adhesive option was nice one.. very strong adhesive and magnet.. the elastic band holding the DAC stongly... and this made me to carry my mobile with my DAC very effortlessly ...

When i first watched the promtional short of this holster, i thought why anyone might need this, its lilke most useless thing....
But then i bought Snowsky retro nano dac, which is pretty big for portable dac. After using it for a while i ubderstood why this was a thing....then i decided to get one, but i thought it was a little on the expensive side, because for a simple gadget which has only magnet and stitched fabric, 500 is expensive. But still i bought it, because i had piled up some loyalty points, and got it at reasonable price. But when i got my hand on it, i understood why it was priced at 500. I dont think the qualtiy of it can be any better that as it is right now, its so well made and it has some weight, but in a good way. So overall a really good product. And as it is a standalone product of hpz, i hope i can see more like these in the future. On the side note, at first the retro nano wasnt able to fit in, so i streched the fabric a little bit and and used a little force and it went in. Over time it will take the shape, but the width could be wider.

The underneath of the strap is dirty, so pushing the screen of your portable DAC inside transfers the dirt unto the screen. The dimensions of the strap are such that the screen of the DAC remains completely invisible, so adjusting the volume or looking at the current settings is impossible without sliding it back out, which defeats the purpose of having this holster. The magnets work fine and have a good connection if you have MagSafe compatible phone. Wouldn’t buy it again!
I got fiio magclip first. I can say this is a much elegant and a better looking solution than fiio magclip.
The only drawback is that we can't use a u shape connector to route cable towards back of the phone. An L shape cable is required.
A solidly built product from HPZ. Pretty impressive quality. A recommended buy.
p.s A metal ring with adhesive is also provided in the package.

The DAC Holster MagSafe DAC Clip is a solid, premium-feeling holster with a satisfying magnetic snap and zero wobble. I altered the threads slightly to fit my Snowsky Echo Mini and it was absolutely worth it — the fit is now rock solid and carries perfectly. Highly recommend this clip, especially if you're willing to do a small modification to make it work with your setup!

I'm kinda puzzled about the effectiveness of the product. It's not bad by any means but I don't find it exceptional (products I've purchased from hpz so far has been exceptional btw). This holster works for my ibasso dc04pro yes! But the volume buttons, which I often use, is covered by the elastic band holding the dongle DAC. Hence I've to use the volume rocker in the iBasso app which takes a little bit effort and not very Intuitive to use. The magnetic ring is pasted on the back of my mobile but the magnetic force isn't so strong when it has to cross the rubber casing and reach the holster. I'm not so confident of using my mobile without the mobile case. But when the case is removed there's no issue, simply perfect grip. I think it'll be hard for a one size fits all (DAC) solution here. I actually felt like giving three stars but I'm used to giving full scores to hpz and so I think 4 stars 😉?
Product is excellent but there is an issue where the 3m tap is less adhesive i bought separate one and now perfect.
One thing I don't like from headphones zone is that i bought supermix 4 for 14.5k but today in sale it is 12.9k yesterday only i have ordered if ordered today i could have saved some money

I am currently using DC-Elite and I hated it when the dongle dangled. But this one makes a compact handy unit. Just be careful that there shouldn’t be any controls at the side that you frequently use.
The biggest drawback is that there is no change in sound quality(relax! It’s a joke). The product is good and should be used be anyone who has chosen the dongle life.

I think its good for good for the price and it also sticks to my mobile so strong that while carrying it does not make me feel like it fell off. It also holds the dac quiet strong may be after long use like years pass the band which holds the dac can get weaker but its an good product and make it lesser to carry my dac everywhere I go.
