I really liked the cable for its tangle free setup which feels good build quality. I am happy with this because I wanted a MMCX connecting cable upgrade with mic and this feels like good value for money after listening to the sound in this price range when paired with my 7 years old Shure SE215 IEMs and UGREEN 3.5mm Audio to iPhone lighting connector. I am using this setup in iPhone 13.

I seriously dislike the IE200's stock cable. It feels terrible against the skin, tangles easily, has severe microphonics and the earhooks aren't particularly useful. Only pro is that its very light.
This one fits tightly, and I was worried if there could be loose connection because of the tiny gaps (less than 1mm) due to IE200's recessed MMCX connectors. In the original, the monitors spun around freely, which I didn't like- its fixed with this cable.
Microphonics are much less with this cable, and the yarn material feels fine against skin. Its heavier than stock, but not uncomfortable- I think a shirt clip would've been good to have. The earhooks here dont feel as durable as stock, but it retains the shape a bit better. The microphone isn't super sensitive, you have to keep it close to the mouth. I prefer the straight 3.5mm jack here vs the right angled one in the original.
All in all, a good budget quality of life upgrade for IE200 owners.

It fits properly with IE 200. I probably got a defective piece as the right bud sits properly, the left one is very loose and detaches from the cable with a slight jerk. So, I am returning it and waiting for it to get back in stock.
The build quality is very good for the price.
