The TA-26S from xDuoo is a tube headphone amplifier that produces smooth, warm, and accurate sound. It uses a 6N8P tube for pre-amplification and a 6N5P tube for buffering. The inputs are on RCA connectors, and headphone outputs now feature a 6.35mm and a 4.4mm balanced connection. It has a pre-out RCA output for use with external amplifiers or active speakers, and it can output up to 500mW of clean power with ultra-low harmonic distortion of ≤0.1%. The volume control benefits all outputs, and it comes in a sturdy grey aluminium alloy case. The xDuoo TA-26S is easy to use, just connect the audio source, adjust the volume, and enjoy the rich, vibrant sound it provides.
EQUIPPED WITH TWO HIGH-PERFORMANCE TUBES FOR RICH SOUND
Tube amps are known to add a particular character and distortion that many people love. Tube Amps can pare back some of the shrillness and extension of the upper end and boost the mids and bass for a warmer sound. To facilitate this xDuoo TA-26s features an innovative design that utilises two high-quality tubes, the 6N8P and 6N5P, to deliver exceptional performance and stunning sound. The 6N8P tube, which is used as the pre-amp, provides a rich, warm, and detailed sound that is perfect for a wide range of music genres. The 6N5P tube, which serves as the buffer, enhances the sound quality further, providing clean, clear, and distortion-free sound. The TA-26s also allow for tube rolling. You can swap the stock tube for other tubes. It’s a fun way to play with the sound signature of a single amp.
