It will take me some time for me to get used to it, but these are really a good choice when starting out, the fit is tight and one can always go around and change EQ as they have flat notes and u can always go around tweak according to ur liking,
Anyways i did find it nice when playing games, but yeh being on calls with this can be a bit too much on the ears, as this really amplifies vocals, so can be a bit sharp.
But again amazing pairs of earphones surely i recommend to other who are starting out!
My device is Moto Edge 50 Neo and I am hearing a considerable constant static hissing when connected.
Also fitting is not as good as Chu II for my ears (and Yes I have tried all the eartips). Hence I am going to return it by the end of this week. As of now, EW200 fits my best, with CHU 2 being the second, and Salnotes Zero doesn't fit snuggle but not as bad as Tanchjim Bunny. Hence, if anyone is looking for budget Type-C IEM, the go to choice is still Chu II because of more generalized shape and size; but only Chu 2 3.5mm is not value for money becuase the cable is not as good as its DSP variant or compared with Truthear Gate's/Tangzu Wan'er S.G 2's cable.
Don't let the "Unboxed" tag fool you; the product I received is in perfect condition. The audio tuning is very balanced and detailed. Great build quality and very comfortable for long listening sessions. Definitely the best IEM in this price range!I was slightly hesitant about buying an "unboxed" unit, but I’m glad I did! The product arrived in 100% brand-new condition with all accessories included. The sound quality is crystal clear, and the Type-C connection works seamlessly with my device. If you are looking for high-fidelity audio on a budget, this is the best choice. Kudos to Headphone Zone for the fast delivery!
The Salnotes zero is one of the few iems, at this price range offers a extreme sound detailing.. I previously had my kz edc pro and not upgraded to this since the bass was bleeding in that and lacked details... it's not the fault of that, it's very very worth that cost... So thought of upgrading to the next segment and choose this....Let's start from the basic...
1) Bass is kinda accurate and tighter, not overwhelming or underwhelming as well, just as perfect... If your a basshead, please do avoid this product as these are not for you guys...
2) Mids are kinda detailed which is good, infact the vocals are more upfront and detailed...
3) Treble is just crisp, I didn't feel any fatigue or sharp sound, but might vary with individuals....
4) Soundstage is kinda not wide... Like whatever soundstage the song has, that's it not any more... So don't expect it to be wide....
5) Instrument separation and imaging is kinda crazy... Each one is heard seperately and detailed tooo... Just impressed with that...
6) For me the fit of the iem was also comfortable, didn't cause any discomfort...
Overall if your someone who wants to hear the song as it is recorded without much colouring or such, salnotes zero is definitely a very good try at this price range... If you want that extra boost of bass or less sharper treble, you could go with something else.... Overall happy with the purchase....
And finally... Even though being an unboxed version, it was working properly and had all the accessories... So definitely go with the unboxed without any doubt if you are on a tight budget...

If you like flat sound then it is better than Moondrop - Chu II in sound. build quality not to be concern with, and regarding the bass it quit good if you eq to your taste.

This was my first time buying an IEM and I got myself 7 Hz salnotes zero. The product is amazing. Although it was unboxed, there was no wear and tear whatsoever. Just the packaging was incomplete, but all the contestants were there. The sound quality is amazing. In my opinion if you watched an online review about salnotes zero being low in bass that's not the case though you just need to use Equalizer in respective music streaming app. Overall experience with this is the best and am happy with my iem experience.
Quick suggestion - whether your device is type c or not just spend some extra money on dac and get a audio jack version of iem you will never regret the decision and you will have all options in connectivity.

All is well but the quality of wire can be more better the problem i have to face that the type c jack is damaged or not properly manufactured bcz, when i connect the iem's to my device it gets disconnected and reconnected all the time so i ordered a replacement now I'm waiting for the replacement...

I recently purchased the unboxed IEM Salnotes Zero from Headphone Zone, and I'm very pleased with the product. The quality is excellent, and it meets my expectations perfectly. I've bought several music-related products from Headphone Zone before, and they have consistently impressed me with both the quality and pricing of their offerings. This purchase was no different—I'm very satisfied with the IEM Salnotes Zero.
However, I believe there is room for improvement in the delivery service. The delivery partner, Blue Dart, was not as fast or efficient in my city (Patiala) as I would have liked. Improving this aspect could enhance the overall shopping experience.

I got the broken 7 hz salnotes zero but it sounds good but I am afraid that I may have any future issues in the IEM after the 1 year warranty any one of the headphone zone team reply about this.The right side of the iem at top corner a small crack is there.

Unboxed items should not be like garbage collected items with full of wax deposits and dirts in eartips and paint scratches. Item looks like used for years. Worst ever experience. Hate the service to the core. Attached pics for ur great service. Again Don't cheat customers with used and dirty products as unboxed ones. Product is more than year old and old invoice still there in box. Is this called unboxed item? Is this called professionally inspected? NOW AS A CUSTOMER I CAN JUDGE HOW LOW U LL GO TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS WHEN U WENT THIS FAR FOR 1.5K PRODUCT. I did purchases over lakhs of rupees in this HPZ and now only I realized how worst of corporate business people u are. In future never ever do any purchase here and I will go any extend to spread this awareness to my friends and circle.

I got this a few days ago and was immediately hooked with the audio performance on music (8.5/10). However, I bought this primarily to be used as a pair of gaming IEM's after researching a for a good while. I play Valorant, Overwatch and CS primarily and positional audio is of the upmost importance. Out of the box, these are a bit bassy for this purpose, but the positional audio was spot decent.
Now I own a Creative Soundblaster G3 sound card and I used that to tune these headphones to my preference. I had to reduce the bass a little and up the treble and the higher frequencies (chart uploaded). This setup works wonders for CS but especially well on Valorant, where accurate positional audio is key. Now you do not have to buy a SoundBlaster G3 for this purpose, and you can use Steelseries Sonar (https://steelseries.com/gg/sonar) to achieve similar results, more or less.
So if you are looking for a stellar pair of IEM's on a budget, try these. You won't be disappointed. Just make sure to tune the EQ on these.
Edit: A planed upgrade for this IEM would be to try a higher quality cable. I will update this review once I get my hands on a decent cable and see if it can further improve the audio quality and/or the positional audio in Valorant and CS.

Need Equalizer adjustment for good sound deliver bass and treble .
There is no v shape sound from this IEM.
I have kz zsn pro x v shape sound signature and 10% louder,
A good buy for balanced sound .
