In case you receive the ddHiFi - TC09S USB-C to USB-C OTG Cable with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

DEDICATED USB POWER AND USB DATA IMPROVE SIGNAL TRANSMISSION & DATA TRANSFER

ddHiFi has designed the TC09S to have dedicated USB power and USB data cable, which improves signal transmission and data transfer. The stability of signal transmission depends on the number and purity of conductors. Digital signal transmission also requires good purity of conductors, reasonable twisted structure, and the shielding layer design. For the Nyx series data cable (the TC09S), ddHiFi developed a double-shielded parallel "structure" to shield current and data transmission. They are also differentiable in appearance: the pure silver shielding outer layer is the power transmission part, and the mixed silver and black shielding outer layer is the data transmission part.

Just a well built cable

No discernible difference in sound or any other gain by using this cable over other cables in the market, with that said its a well built cable. Wish it could be had at a 100 cm length as well. Its expensive in my opinion and the price justifies the form but maybe not the function. If you dont care about how pretty your setup looks no need to bother getting these. I would have given these 4.5 stars out of 5.

Definite need in the audiophile arsenal

A very good quality cable which isolates charging and data transfer with 2 seperate cables. The cable is robust and very flexible. Plugs are of very high quality. Using with Cayin RU6 which enhanced the signal strength.

Best in class

Surprised to hear clear positive difference in sonic performance. Now sound became 30% more clear, brighter, and detailed. More than 50% Noise reduction happened. I was so particular about cables, how I missed to upgrade my otg cable, is what I am thinking now. Earlier I was using Fiio c 2 c cable which comes at around Rs. 1500, but this cable truly justifies its price

A little added sparkle

Maybe I’m biased as I spent some significant money on this cable, but I seriously think connecting my DAP to my K9 Pro ESS with this cable has brightened up the sound a little bit. Everything just sounds a little clearer or sharper than it used to previously with normal data cables.
