ddHiFi has designed the TC09S to have dedicated USB power and USB data cable, which improves signal transmission and data transfer. The stability of signal transmission depends on the number and purity of conductors. Digital signal transmission also requires good purity of conductors, reasonable twisted structure, and the shielding layer design. For the Nyx series data cable (the TC09S), ddHiFi developed a double-shielded parallel "structure" to shield current and data transmission. They are also differentiable in appearance: the pure silver shielding outer layer is the power transmission part, and the mixed silver and black shielding outer layer is the data transmission part.

It is a good quality thick and sturdy cable. It is not that flexible cable compared to other cables. It does not solve the EMI noise problem in RU6. However, I did notice a slight increase in volume compared to the stock RU6 cable.

Well really liked it. It added some mass to the music. And again I'll say depending on the DAC-AMP and our preference I think it's a tool to get our preferred sound signature. So in my case bass was sounding solid and also according to my specific bass preferences. A touch of niceness or a density reflected throughout the range. And yes I enjoyed it after combining it with my sources. I didn't give 5 star as for just it added some mass but finally the audio went in my ears with respect to my combination of setups. And it may not elevate sound but just may influence it in some other DAC-AMPs/Combinations and it depends on ears perhaps how that influence will be perceived as according to the preferences. But very nice one!

Use a <₹900 data cable from any local dealer of any local brand. Listen to one particular song (that you have previously heard on a good hi-res DAC-speaker setup) using the cheap cable on any good DAC dongle.
Relax for 1 hour.
Now plugin the same dongle using ddhifi cable and listen again. Marvel at the difference this cable makes.
Now wish that HPZ had more stock of the same ddhifi cable and it were priced slightly cheaper......Nah, it's worth the price.
Will buy one for each of the dongles I possess, slowly over time if HPZ restocks and/or discounts it. Never thought I would be gushing over a type C cable.

I like the ddHiFi TC09S because it feels sturdy and well-made, without being stiff. It connects smoothly between my phone and DAC, and I don’t get any random noise. The cable looks clean, fits very well.
Surprised to hear clear positive difference in sonic performance. Now sound became 30% more clear, brighter, and detailed. More than 50% Noise reduction happened. I was so particular about cables, how I missed to upgrade my otg cable, is what I am thinking now. Earlier I was using Fiio c 2 c cable which comes at around Rs. 1500, but this cable truly justifies its price

Maybe I’m biased as I spent some significant money on this cable, but I seriously think connecting my DAP to my K9 Pro ESS with this cable has brightened up the sound a little bit. Everything just sounds a little clearer or sharper than it used to previously with normal data cables.

No discernible difference in sound or any other gain by using this cable over other cables in the market, with that said its a well built cable. Wish it could be had at a 100 cm length as well. Its expensive in my opinion and the price justifies the form but maybe not the function. If you dont care about how pretty your setup looks no need to bother getting these. I would have given these 4.5 stars out of 5.

I use this to connect my chord mojo 2 to my laptop / phones. It works with my Cayin RU6 as well. The build quality is excellent. The plugs are very convenient and easy to plug it in and out. Go for it.
