A Pre-order product is a product that we especially order for you from the brand. Once you place an order with us, we will order it from the brand for you.
2. How do I know when the product will be delivered?
There is a rough timeline on the product availability and once it has been confirmed with the brand, we will inform you.
3. Do you order the product from the brand as soon as I place the order?
We do not immediately order the product but add it in the upcoming order.
4. Will you be giving me updates?
Once we have ordered the product and have a confirmed timeline, we will give you an update.
5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

INTRODUCING A TRUE BALANCED CLASS-A PREAMPLIFIER - THE ATHENA
The Denafrips Athena preamp is a flagship full-sized, True Balanced, Class-A biased preamp making its debut as the high-end line-stage. Equipped with the advanced microprocessor CPLD discrete relay based 60 steps volume control, coupled with current drive Darlington arrays network and the precision matched Military-specs Metal Film Resistors, yielded perfect channel balance, ultra-low distortion THD+N at 0.000120%. The fully discrete Class A output stage makes the sound full-bodied, reproducing transparent and spacious-sounding sonic reproduction.
FEATURES AN ENCAPSULATED DOUBLE METAL SHEETS SHIELDED PSU
Denafrips is a firm believer that clean power leads to good sound. Based on this philosophy, the flagship Athena preamp was designed. In the same chassis, the encapsulated power supply unit is located underneath the main control board - with double layers of MU Metal sheets shielded together. This design aspect effectively suppresses the harmful EMI/EMF from the PSU. Multi-stages of Low Drop Out (LDO) voltage regulators and large capacitors bank provide clean power effortlessly to the Class A circuitry.
EXQUISITELY BUILT WITH ALL ALUMINIUM CHASSIS AND COMES WITH CNC MACHINED REMOTE CONTROL UNIT
The Denafrips Athena is constructed with an all-aluminium chassis, genuine premium components and MU Metal Shielded PSU. The remote control unit is machined from a single block of aluminium, anodized in black colour. It controls the preamp volume, source selection, and much more. The design of the Denafrips Athena has been kept simple. The front panel hosts an LED display that provides information on the selected input and volume level (0-60). It also has an input selection button, a standby and mute button, and a volume control knob. The rear panel has numerous inputs and outputs for easy connectivity and scalability. It has XLR1, XLR2, XLR3, RCA, and XLR4 (Pure Direct), as inputs and RCA & XLR as outputs.
