What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the FiiO - BTA30 Pro with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

The BTA30 also comes equipped with a 120mhz DSP and it gives the device plenty of processing power. DSP also allows any digital audio signal to be upsampled to 192 kHz.
BTA30 is the desktop unit with a one antenna at the & has beautiful glassy finish on top back, dual RCA sockets on the back to connect it as a pre/dac to an amplifier of a stereo system.
The BTA30 is designed to be a long-range, high-resolution BT transmitter, fitted with a 2dB antenna that you can upgrade to achieve an even higher range.
I've been looking for a BT transmitter with LDAC to connect my amp to Sony XM4 BT headphones at the best quality when using BT. I found the BTA30,which seems to be the only device on the planet.

Mightier than it's size!

I purchased this Bluetooth DAC to serve my Denon PMA600NE, as its in-house Bluetooth functionality was crap (connection drops and much more, plus AAC max only). This device not only solved my wireless streaming dilemma but also opened my ears to a whole different perspective and soundscape; how?.. LDAC!!!!!!!! What I also love more is its USB DAC too. Excellent Bluetooth cum DAC

FiiO - BTA30 Pro is an excellent, feature packed value for money bluetooth transreceiver and DAC, works well rightaway out of box. I have a NORGE 2060 amplifier and wanted to connect bluetooth and optical cable with my DVD/TV. It worked rightaway, sound quality is awesome and worth the money.

Fantastic DAC and great value for money

Have been using this for the past 6 months. This is an amazing DAC with great Bluetooth connectivity, offering LDAC codec support. Playing via Bluetooth LDAC, the sound is very clean. Didn't encounter any loss or disconnections as such. Though there is no fully functionally remote, the FiiO App downloaded and used via a mobile / tablet gives a myriad of options in terms of configuration. With the ability to be used as a digital transport, this is definitely a DAC that one must have if looking to build a music system with smaller footprint and budget in mind.
