I received my delivery two days ago, and while I have always appreciated shopping with Headphone Zone, I was disappointed by the condition in which this accessory arrived.
Issues Encountered:
Visible Excess Glue: On the right inner side of the case, dried glue marks are clearly visible. While the glue is dry and not sticky to the touch, it significantly affects the finish and aesthetics of a premium accessory.
Dust and Dirt on Arrival: The exterior of the case arrived noticeably dirty. I had to spend nearly 20 minutes cleaning it using a blower, a microfiber cloth, and Zeiss lens cleaner to make it presentable.
Lack of Pre-Dispatch Inspection: The product arrived in standard, unsealed ziplock-style packaging with no factory tamper seals. Given that no seals needed to be broken, a quick physical inspection before dispatch would have easily caught the dirt and finish flaws.

Closing Thoughts:
Although I paid only ₹95 in cash for this order, the remainder was redeemed using club reward points earned after purchasing my FiiO M21 DAP (₹35,999). Spending those hard-earned points on an item in this condition felt disheartening.
I decided not to request a replacement because the glue is set and not actively sticky, and my intention here is not to complain or place blame on anyone. I simply want to highlight this so that basic quality checks before shipping become standard practice and other customers do not encounter the same experience. I hope the team takes this in the right spirit as constructive feedback.
