There is a rough timeline on the product availability and once it has been confirmed with the brand, we will inform you.

3. Do you order the product from the brand as soon as I place the order?
We do not immediately order the product but add it in the upcoming order.

4. Will you be giving me updates?
Once we have ordered the product and have a confirmed timeline, we will give you an update.

5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

In case you receive the iBasso - PB5 Osprey with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

iBasso has equipped the PB5 Osprey with the 6th Gen Nutube, manufactured by Korg and Noritake. The dual Nutubes are incorporated to operate as a conventional triode vacuum tube and create the same characteristic rich tones and dynamic overtones that can be enjoyed in a desktop tube amplifier. On the other hand, the Nutube also aims to achieve substantial power saving with high-efficiency design, miniaturization and improvement in sound quality. The Nutube in the iBasso PB5 Osprey also provides voltage amplification, which results in a captivating and distinctive vacuum tube sound, all while maintaining exceptional linearity in your music-listening experience.

The iBasso PB5 is created to provide an adequate power supply for your music listening sessions with a robust power supply system. iBasso has equipped PB5 Osprey with six batteries that meet these goals. The first two sets of batteries provide power to the dual Nutubes housed, while the other four batteries function as the power suppliers for the secondary amplifier. The iBasso PB5 requires 2.5 hours to charge up and a single-time plug-in can last up to 10.5 hours of battery life. The iBasso PB5 Osprey is equipped with these powerful batteries to provide efficient power to let you get an immersive listening experience.

PRECISE VOLUME ADJUSTMENTS WITH 24-POSITION AND 4-SECTION ATTENUATOR

The portable PB5 is designed with a precise volume adjustment architecture, featuring the Texas Instruments classic OPAMP OPA827, known for its exceptional performance and rich analogue characteristics. The Sony PB5 also equipped Low VCEsat (BISS) dual transistors with a high output current of up to 2 amps, which is iBasso's custom film capacitor that produces the natural analogue magic. iBasso has featured the 24-position, 4-section stepped attenuator that provides optimal analogue volume control and enhances the ability to showcase the distinct analogue characteristic of the vacuum tube amplifier. The channel imbalance is within a range of less than ±0.1dB and the noise floor is attenuated when you adjust the volume.

MINIMIZING EXTERNAL NOISE INTERFERENCE WITH TWO-STEP SUSPENSION AND CATHODE INPUT

The iBasso PB5 has a two-step suspension capability that mechanically absorbs vibration and minimizes the microphonic effect. The cathode input reduces the impedance, which results in reduced signal interference from external sources. The iBasso PB5 provides high-power output along with rich tone in your music. It has a strong output power rating of up to 1700mW per channel at 32Ω of impedance load. It can drive high-power demanding IEMs and Headphones. The PB5 Osprey has an output voltage of 9Vrms in a 4.4mm jack and 4.5Vrms in a 3.5mm jack. The frequency response is 20Hz-40kHz and has 3 gain settings, +11.5dB high gain and +2dB low gain.
