This was my first IEM. I’m writing this review after 6 months. To be honest i was not impressed by it initially but after few weeks the sound improved alot. I’m using it with iPhone, apple dongle dac and Apple Lossless Music. But i have observed that with laptop the sound quality improves slightly by giving you more soundstage and the bass. I feel that with a good dac the sound quality will improve alot.

The clarity, detailing and the soundstage are one of the best coming from blons, KZs and heart mirror, couldn't be happier with the purchase.

A good beginner IEM if you're into balanced sound signatures. It might be a bit big for some people.

Sound amazing listened only for 2 hours tho but still noticed many improvements over my last set

Aria has amazing drivers and tuning.

I don't care about the paint bubbling and chipping issue.

I don't care about the accumulation of moisture around the driver that muffles the sound.

It's the QC issue not the driver and tuning issue.

If you learn to remove the moisture and properly fit the filters, Aria delivers.

The overall tuning. The punch of bass. Everything is perfect.

Aria comes alive with Shanling UA2 Plus as well as Shanling UA1 Pro for me with my iPad 10th generation in combination of Apple Music subscription set at Hi Res Lossless output.

My iAwake WAV meditation tracks sound amazing and my meditation sessions are so much more rewarding and fulfilling.

If Aria is a compromise due to paint and moisture issue, it's a good compromise due it's audio driver and amazing tuning.

I don't care about 20 drivers fitted in one IEM.

I care about one well tuned dynamic driver.

I am grateful headphone zone for bringing such a vast range of audiophile hardware and accessories within the reach of Indians.

The sound signature is made by the hand of god.

I am using this to listen to solfeggio tones for meditation and hypnotherapy. It works! Listening to flac ain't the same with digital waves or over the bluetooth, use Aria if you really wanna listen to true tones with very low distortion. The customer service was great in helping me make the right choice in the sea of earphones of all sorts and prices, plus honest. The particular executive told me that he wasn't sure about "my use case", this is a very small niche afterall, so I just let him know of the specs I am looking for and he presented me with this. This is a beginner earphone. If you have a higher budget and you take sound therapy seriously, go for a headphone with similar characterisitics for more comfort. But as a beginner, I am happy with Moondrop Aria. Oh, and use a proper DAC!

I purchased this after a lot of time spent on reviews and though there were a few praiseworthy headphones available around similar price range I went for Aria because of its balanced sound signature. Coming from KZ ZSN Pro X, Moondrop Aria really feels worthy upgrade. The clarity is really good and bass does not overkill. I added my few years old FiiO E11 amp the result appears even better. The headphone is heavier but fits well in ears and does not feel heavy even after hours of listening. Loseless music is where it shines even more.

Also HPZ team did a great job in delivering the headphone quickly. Thank you for making the purchase enjoyable.
