I wasn't at home at delivery time. So today 2/4/2026 i got and opened package after 4-5 days just delivery . Well it's my first iems and i was really 🥹 happy to be part of audiophile community of headphone zone but when removed earbud to fit bigger there is green tarnished in brass part 🫠, is it because i bought unboxed but i thought as per description there will be no concern around product quality, well if it was about box and fresh unboxing experience but i more cared about the iem rather than paper box. If i had known product was like this just out of box i would not be bought it 🫠🥲. Also IDK if could get a good one how much delay time it will take, i was really enthusiastically waiting for a new experience.disappointed 🙂

When I play 24 bit 96khz flac on my laptop in fobar 2000 software first time it sound sparking effect

In my phone Realme Gt 6t have android 14 android my phone audio mixer re sample 24 bit 44.1 khz songs to 48 khz i have tidal , deezer , apple music but all output from these apps in my android phone is resampled by android to 48 khz and android music streaming apps lacks of exclusive mode feature that only available on pc softwares only in my pc I am having bit perfect playback but in my phone I can't any trick is there please share me

Just give me android resampling and hiss effect and also if I use hyby music app that have features exclusive usb mode if I turn on exclusive mode then i can't able to change volume level any more that's all problem and quantity clarity and separation is fantastic of this iem just give me these problems solution

My Moondrop Chu 2 DSP sounds good but there was some problems with my unit. There was distortion or polithin wraping like sounds in the right side earphone although the left side earphone was working well. So I decide to return the unit.

I have purchased the Unboxed edition, and the packaging was good. There was no issue with the unboxing experience; it felt like a brand-new product. The sound is pretty good. The treble is clear, and the bass is also good. There is some ear pain because of its long nozzle, which goes too deep into the ear, causing a slight headache. However, there is no issue with purchasing this, as it has enhanced my listening experience. It sounds better than my 5k TWS earbuds.
By the way, the Moondrop app is very buggy. When I try to change the EQ settings, it causes some trouble while changing them, but that is a separate issue. Overall, it is worth purchasing. Go for it. However it's my first IEM purchage so it will take some time to be comfortable with.
I recently purchased the Moondrop CHU 2 DSP (Unboxed), and I must say I’m genuinely impressed with the product quality.
Even though it was an unboxed unit, the condition was excellent — it looked and felt completely new. There were no scratches, no signs of usage, and all the accessories were properly included. The cable quality is good, long enough, and feels durable. Sound quality is exactly what I expected from Moondrop — clean, balanced, and very enjoyable for daily listening. Overall, I am fully satisfied with the product itself.
However, I am extremely disappointed with the courier partner (Delhivery). The shipment was stuck at the Siliguri hub for a long time without any movement, even though the destination was very nearby. There was no proper update or explanation, and the delay felt completely unnecessary. This kind of delivery experience really spoils an otherwise great purchase.
I genuinely request Headphone Zone to reconsider using Delhivery as a delivery partner, because such delays affect customer trust and experience. I love Headphone Zone products, but I would hesitate to place future orders if Delhivery continues to handle the shipments.

this is a very prefarable beginer choice for an IEM. audio outputs for music is greatly balanced, and appropriately leaned a bit on bassy side, which makes it more comfortable than other sharpe IEMs.
and special mention to the microphone , it is really good, rellay better than apple earpod microphone anyday. i was really looking for an IEM with decent mic, which will not fell like bluetooth-compressed like othes on calls. and this mic is great .
and for this UNBOXED experience , its totally worth the compromise, yes the bpx is a lil torn, but no issues with the products, documentations and all. no dirt, no unproffesional experience, i will definitely look for an unboxed option anyday in future on this website, so convinient.

1. I have used cca cra which was bass heavy and KZ zst x which was damaged recently, Both was good in their segment.
I was also bought a budget TWS that has no clearity only bass. My priority was calling so it was a trash in this work.
2. Finally I bought Moondrop chu 2 DSP. I was confised a little bulit because i have both type C and 3.5 mm port in my smartphone.
PROS
1. With DSP version you definitely get more sound than normal 3.5 mm jack.
2. It comes with A app moondrop link but it unoptimzed because its crashes frequently, so i am using wavelet as a equalizer.
3. It Has Good Enough thumpy bass as i am bass lover, and enough vocal and slightly upper high freqs.
4. But I am enjoying Flac files better than mp3. mp3 files are muffeled and mostly unable in separating bass and vocal.

7. Wired mics never dissapinted me. So now on i will never used a wireless earphone or headphones i guess.

It is very tight so it quite hard to plug-in or plug-out the type-c cable to my both phone and laptop,
does all chu 2 comes with this problem or it is a manufacturing defect?
