I love the tiny form factor and portability. It’s perfect for on-the-go use. Switch to high gain with usb exclusive mode and you will love it. Absolutely no hiss or any static noise. This amp has enough power to drive my dt990 pro headphones. Pairing it with my light weight earphones (venture) gave me a nostalgia feeling of walkman era. It works very well with my Samsung S25+. Power drain is a less when used with a small earphone. When used for long hours, it the dac gets warm. It has two outputs balanced and single ended, you can connect two earphones if you want to share. Eddict app provides access to the amp settings on phone, otherwise, you can also use settings directly from the dac led screen. Eddith app has an option of exclusive usb control (DSD native), it is really great. Eddith app also has an option of streaming Spotify inside the app, but whenever I tried to access Spotify inside the Eddith app, it crashed. Eddith app is fine, if you are going to use local files from your phone. I would recommend this product to enthusiasts and those who are looking for a portable amp.

One of the best Dac
One of the best DAC I have heard. Driving it with Oriveti Blackbird. Very powerful DAC. The sound quality is way above I was expecting. Very detailed and warm sound. Instrument separation and staging is good. This DAC is capable to driving high quality IEM's.

This is a DAC with a little warm feel. There is a feeling when listening to a song for a long time using a 4.4mm balanced cable in bit-perfect audio. I get that with this DAC.Even with filter changes in a regular DAC, it is very difficult to tell the difference.In bit-perfect playback, the ONIX alpha xi1's filters can be distinguished. It is better to use a non-oversampling filter. And its soundstage is open and wide.If you listen to music for a long time, I recommend using 4.4mm balanced. I haven't faced any major heating issues. Don't use IEMs with a warm sound.This is the best DAC available under 10k rupees.

ONIX AlphaXi1 was an best choice. The Price is little bit higher but worth for it. Has amazing PCM filter and other functions. Design look was great. Wonderful sound quality. Please use it this DAC for higher variant of IEM. You many lose the sound quality while using low budget IEM. You many feel little warm when you use for longtime and High quality FLAC music.

I am very happy to Onix AlphaX1. The DAC has PCM filters and some other functions which allows tuning the sound a little bit, but I prefer the non oversampling filter. The 1 custom, Turthhear Hexa and few other IEMs that I have shines with the DAC and I am hearing new things in the songs. It brings that essential smile on the face and satisfaction of making a Right Choice… 👍

Best Dac i ever purchased there was a huge Hype about Onix alpha dac as flagship killer dac in the market.The hype is very true it out performes most high end dongle dacs.it do have small flaws like you cannot use it for phone calls but its a sacrifice you makefor a better quality product
i have Kz zs12pro X IEM which has nearly 12 hybrid drivers before using this dac i use it with a cheap dac where it didnt perform well had to tune using EQualizers still have lacking in performance too much treble sound issues so i purchased this DAc after seeing many reviews on you tube...my experience with this Dac is mind blowing i just uninstalled etc tuning apps and set the filter in this dac to slow filter...then my IEM gave its real potential everything was perfectly Set for best experience...it gave new life to my IEM.power output had no issues it gives morethan enough power to use even high end headphones great product true flagship killer

Excellent dac,fixed my IEMs to my taste.I m currently using kiwi ears quintet paired with Ifi zen dad v2,it already sounded Excellent, but some instruments used to slightly metallic and some little sharp for my taste.It was very hard for me neglect it due to amazing resolution these IEMs offer,also little bit of texture in the midbass,But I now paired with alpha xl1 using slow roll 2nd filter these iems stopped sounding metallic to very good extent and sharpness it absolutely gone,also now it added more weightin the bass and subbass rumbles more.I think the lacking texture also correct.With no compromise in technically, Soundstage and resolution.Its now perfect for my taste. Worth every penny for me

Wow! This DAC did blow me off in an instant when I started listening to them. A few considerable hours of burn-in did warm up the sound very well. True to the reviews online, It is one of the best sounding DAC's at this price point.
This DAC is way better in terms of stereo imaging and sound stage in comparison to DAC's that are even beyond its price point....making me realize it's not just about the brand of components used, it's the implementation that matters the most. Could have been more dynamic and detailed but hey!, this is comprehensible considering at this price point.
Kudos to Onix for this wonderful entry product which can drive people consider opting their high end product portfolio !!!

I remember catching AndyAudioVault’s review of this a while back, but it wasn’t available for purchase then. After using it for over 6 months, I’m still really impressed by how warm & detailed it sounds. It can handle high-res audio up to PCM 32-bit/768kHz & DSD256, which is pretty rare at this price. The USB-C port feels a bit loose, but honestly, it hasn’t caused any issues with sound or connection. My guess is the circuit board inside isn’t hard-mounted, probably to help protect it from knocks & bumps.
All in all, it’s a solid, powerful little device that’s totally worth considering.

Build quality is nice and performance is extraordinary. Loe,mid and high frequencies are very sweet. Sound quality quality, sound stage and instrumental separation also very good.

Its a different tuning with great sense of timbre, thickness and separation. Its rare to achive at this price point. Great value for money. It works wonderfull with v shape and neutral cans or buds. Bass heavy phones may not unlock its true potential as it is itself bit warm tuned without compromising on mids or treble. For me the standout feature is how sub bass comes alive which is kind of missing in my previous purchases. Wonderful tuning, highly recommended!

The Power, the imaging and the sound stage in this DAC is far beyond its highly priced competitors. The Built is very solid and looks premium.
It's sound performance is the best in this segment, you can hear macro level details in this DAC. A best example for the BUDGET KING DAC, with all the features
For people who drives it on ios18, it needs a firmware update, available in the official site you can flash it and just plug and enjoy listening to songs on the go.
While using it with my Windows 11, it is not showing what bitrate the audio file is, instead it fixes to the bitrate selected in my PC. Settings -> Sound -> ONIX XI1 -> Sample rate. If i select 24 bit, 192 khz, it indicates yellow for all the songs i played. But when played using mobile it works flawlessly.
