In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. If anyone wants a do it all dongle I highly highly suggest checking the fiio ka17 out. At its price point I would say its definitely worth it and it sounds just fantastic and the EQ function + its price makes it an overall fantastic device to own.
The big plus remains the ability to unleash the full power of the amp, with the dedicated desktop mode – available when the two USB-C port are used. With that, the KA17 unlocks two additional THX amp modules, doubling the output power.
I was pleasantly surprised at the staging performance of the KA17 and is one of the best I’ve heard in this gear segment. It’s open, precise, and has good depth and multipoint placement.

Compact powerhouse and superb sound!

I just upgraded from a Shanling UA4 to the FiiO KA17 -> there is marked difference in the quality of the sound. I found the Shanling too warm, whereas the FiiO is just perfect, analytical and quick. If you're looking for a great amp/dac combo on the go for your IEMs as well as larger cans (senn 6xx or even 8xx) nothing beats the KA17 from a power to portability ratio. Highly recommended!

A Solid Performer for the Price Point

Being someone who enjoys good music and has been down this rabbit hole for sometime to appreciate the nuances these devices can bring to our listening experience, here's my initial impressions of this little unit.

My testing setup was fairly straightforward: I primarily used my trusty Sennheiser HD 560S through the single-ended 3.5mm output and my FiiO FD3 IEMs via the balanced 4.4mm connection. For source, I have used HiBy music app on Android.

I had an entry level iBasso unit before, and the upgrade in power delivery can be felt immediately. For phones + non demanding IEMs, non Desktop mode is sufficient, and the 560S sounded better with Desktop mode turned on.

The KA17 handled the micro-dynamics in vocal performances quite well. There was a sense of space and breathing room that made the songs feel alive. The 560S pairing worked particularly well here – the open-back design complemented the KA17's clean presentation beautifully.

Metal is where many portable DACs start to show their limitations, but the KA17 held its ground admirably. Double-pedal kicks retained its definition, and the KA17 didn't seem to struggle with the dynamic swings that characterize well-produced metal recordings.

The KA17 is a competent performer that does its job without drawing attention to itself – which is exactly what you want from a DAC. It improved upon my phone's output noticeably across the genres I tested, providing cleaner backgrounds, better dynamics, and more refined detail retrieval. For its price point, the KA17 offers honest performance that will satisfy most listeners looking to step up from entry level portable DACs.

i feel its one of the finest decission i have made with the purchase of FiiO - KA17.

Pros: The quality of the sound has totally changed..
The hearing taste has got fine tuned.

The eagerness to feel the sound the instruments in the music literally has got increased.

cons: The type c cable provided is seriously very short one.
In desktop mode the unit gets HOT (not warm)..
The leather pouch provided is a good scratch saver for the unit BUT it allows less air to the device which is more necessary for keeping the device cool.

Honey for the Ears

I used this with my HD560s, Blessings 3, Salnotes Zero X HPZ, and RE400. It enhanced the sound for all my IEMs and Headphones. All the frequencies are sounding excellent.
