1. What is a Pre-Order product?
A Pre-order product is a product that we especially order for you from the brand. Once you place an order with us, we will order it from the brand for you.

2. How do I know when the product will be delivered?
There is a rough timeline on the product availability and once it has been confirmed with the brand, we will inform you.

3. Do you order the product from the brand as soon as I place the order?
We do not immediately order the product but add it in the upcoming order.

4. Will you be giving me updates?
Once we have ordered the product and have a confirmed timeline, we will give you an update.

5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

Defective? Tell us within 7 days. We'll take care of it.

Something wrong with your product? We'll sort it out.

Wrong product, damaged, or missing parts: Let us know within 24 hours of delivery. If it's just an accessory, we'll replace the accessory.

- Unboxing video and images of the parcel

Manufacturing defect: Let us know within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund.

2. Once approved, we arrange pickup.
3. We inspect the product (2-3 working days).
4. Replacement shipped or store credit or refund issued.

A replacement or refund will be issued if:

- The product is found to be defective

- It wasn't damaged while in your possession-

- The same product is returned in original condition - box, MRP tag, manual, warranty card, all accessories

COMPLETELY BALANCED AMP FOR BALANCED AS WELL AS SINGLE ENDED SIGNALS

Topping Pre90 is capable of handling balanced as well as single-ended signal processing, thanks to its completely balanced structure. You can use three output modes: balanced, single-ended, balanced + single-ended. The two way balanced + single-ended input along with the normal preamp allows you to use either for balanced-to-single ended or single ended-to- balanced conversion. Pre90 comes with a wire that offers excellent amplification.

WEAK AUDIO SIGNALS? DON'T WORRY, PRE90'S GOT YOUR BACK

Pre90 offers the best in class volume control with a host of Japanese small signal relays. This allows Topping Pre90 to offer absolute channel balance along with remote control and longevity. Even if you use it in high volumes while turning on or switching in, Pre90 will automatically optimise the volume to avoid damaging the speakers/headphones. To add to it, you can use a safe volume function to protect your equipment as well as your hearing from high volume.

GET RID OF MANUAL ADJUSTMENTS WITH VOLUME MEMORY FOR INPUTS & OUTPUTS

While connecting multiple inputs with each input having its unique signal strength, it requires adjusting volume levels but with Topping Pre90, you don't have to do that adjustment. With the help of volume memory, Pre90 automatically uses the last volume setting for each input. While for outputs, Pre90 can set volume memory in three forms: XLR output only, RCA output only and XLR to RCA output.
