The V-Moda Crossfade Wireless was boxed just fine and it was intact when it came to me. All the components were int he box and nothing was missing, and the quality was superb. However, I did notice a 1-inch tear of the seam of the stitching on the headband in the middle, and I do not expect that from a company like V-Moda. Everything else but that was right on point, including the sound quality. Varun from headphone zone has been extremely helpful, and service was great. Unfortunately headphone zone does not "replace" such a costly item if not reported within "7 days". That makes me wonder if such customer service is what they want to provide, especially to someone who buys a vmoda & looking to buy more. The tear in the seam is really poor quality by vmoda and headphone zone should offer some support to recitfy this , instead of flaying their arms in the air and making the end user suffer for a damaged product. Well, all in all, after the great CS by Varun, it was a big let down when it came to a follow up!

Quality to price ration is the best of all. with a bonus immersive listening experience
As it is my first pair of High End and Over Ear headphone it is little uncomfortable for prolonged listening as it gets warmer and sweaty. and it is tight and constantly pressurizing over the head and, over ear (top of fins) due to it relatively small caps for my ears, The 1-button mic cable was unresponsive at times.
As i am not good with technical data. Its awesome than expected with clear and crisp listening experience with clarity.I heard sounds that I never heard before, especially with the minor sounds that we don't care or miss.

Its outrageous , classy , sexy , unique & very important for DJ`s , it cuts the outside sound of the monitor while mixing , so which makes a dj comfort of mixing songs properly ! thumbs up v-moda. Its a total investment value for money , worth the price , witness it to hear the sound of mayhem
