In case you receive the 64 Audio - U12t with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

The 64 Audio U12T features exclusive technologies that challenge traditional In-Ear monitor designs to give you the best listening experience. The U12T features a driver array which offers a three-dimensional high-resolution sound thanks to the proprietary TIA technology and the accompanying TIA single-bore design. Tubeless In-Ear Audio (TIA) is a patented IEM design methodology aiming to reduce unwanted resonance and distortion for a transparent and lifelike sound. The TIA system has three elements including an open TIA balanced armature driver, TIA single-bore design, and TIA acoustic chambers. The TIA driver is an open balanced armature speaker designed for realistic resolution and transparency. By modifying a balanced armature, the diaphragm becomes completely unobstructed, reducing resonance in the IEM and allowing sound to travel more naturally to the ear. The TIA Single Bore has a considerable advancement in eliminating unwanted tube resonance. The large bore serves as a sound-shaping chamber and aids the TIA high driver in delivering a linear and coherent frequency response. EMBEDDED WITH TWELVE BALANCED ARMATURE DRIVERS TO PRESENT A LIFELIKE SOUND

The team at 64 Audio have pushed the boundaries of how a balanced armature driver can be utilised to achieve a full and engaging audio reproduction. 64 Audio embeds proprietary TIA technology BA drivers that are elevated in their functioning and eliminate the issues faced with traditional balanced armature drivers. The driver configuration for the U12T consists of 12 TIA BA drivers that work in harmony with each other. Incorporating the TIA single-bore with 4 low drivers, 6 mid drivers, and the incredibly smooth TIA high and high-mid drivers improves the already lively and three-dimensional soundstage. These dozen BA drivers are managed with an integrated 4-way passive crossover and allow the U12T to achieve a frequency response of 10Hz - 20,000kHz and a sensitivity of 108db dB/mW. The impedance of the U12T is also nominal and can be easily paired with a variety of devices.

INCORPORATING APEX TECHNOLOGY TO ALLEVIATE FATIGUE AND EXTEND THE SOUNDSTAGE

64 Audio integrates proprietary modular Apex technology for a fatigue-free sound experience and adjustable ambience isolation. Air Pressure Exchange (Apex) is a patented vent that releases air pressure in a sealed ear canal all while retaining standard IEM levels of isolation, enabling musicians and music enthusiasts to listen more comfortably for longer. This venting alleviates listener fatigue and allows for a much more realistic soundstage. When you seal a miniature speaker in an ear canal, the air inside becomes trapped. Apex relieves this air pressure, allowing the eardrum to move naturally, so you can comfortably listen longer. Apex technology also extends the soundstage by allowing air to move freely and provides a more natural listening experience. It also preserves bass frequencies and helps the listener distinguish individual instruments. Apex also lowers decibel levels while presenting the clarity of the sounds around you, so artists on stage can connect with their audience while protecting their hearing.

LID, or Linear Impedance Design, enables a consistent, reliable sound regardless of the source. This proprietary circuit corrects the non-linear impedances of the drivers, restoring proper interaction with the source device and preserving the desired sound signature. Varying source amplifier output impedance in devices like smartphones, body packs, DAC/amps, and DAPs typically results in varying frequency responses across them, depending on the increase in resistance. The endgame

I got to try these recently at a HPZ event without knowing much about 64 Audio or their lineup. Was utterly blown away by the sound. I looked them up later and read through the reviews and found myself in agreement with the reviewers. These are definitely among the best sounding iems one can buy. Unfortunately they come at an eye watering price . Made a mental note to save up and look to purchase them in the future. But then there was a sale on HPZ (happy me but unhappy wallet), so went ahead. Been listening for couple of days and it's been pure bliss 😊

Note: Buying audio gear at these price points based solely on reviews is not a good idea. Reviews are guide posts at best. Without getting to experience in person, the chances are too high to regret the purchase. It's great HPZ's events offer a chance to try such gear.
