What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the Audeze - LCD-XC (Music Creator Special) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Incredibly superb detail, sweet sounding. Heavy, but very comfortable. Easy to drive

In the limited time of a few days that I have had the chance to listen to them, here are my views ...
- Incredibly superb detail, right across
- Overall they sound sweet. A slight harshness in the highs when listening to a track that's very busy, but nothing too much. Maybe it's just me discovering how busy tracks sound when heard with such clarity.
- Interestingly the detail clarity also Brings out flaws in the quality of some of the recordings, especially those saved in more lossy formats.
- While heavy, they are comfortable to wear. One does not really the weight even after wearing it for 2 hours at a stretch (the max I have had the time to in the few days since I have got the headphones).
- Very easy to drive. Works well even on my mobile. However I do need to crank up the volume on my mobile, which also means they drain batteries fast.
- The storage casing, though impressive, is a little large and unwieldy.

Simply amazing

Happened upon these studio masters at a great hpz price and couldn't resist. Solid closed backed studio gems meant exclusively for electronic music. They sounded terrible for acoustic music and needed tons of eq'ing. But synths and synthetic beats sounded glorious. The bass and low end is the best you will ever hear in your life. Clean and defined. Very high class and these headphones are heavy bass canons on your ears. Highs, mids, and top end shine with synthetic glory. I would got use these cans for anything acoustic apart from vocals where they seal well. Best studio headphones and they defeat my Neumann 20 closed backs. End game for my electronic music production. Thanks hpz again!

Post 2 months usage

I own the Audeze LCD GX and Mobius and am quite happy with them. So naturally i wanted to try another Audeze, this time one with closed back design.
I came across LCD XC. Researched it and prioritized this over Focal Radiance. I am partial to Planar magnetic tech.
Build quality is really good. These ear cups are big and slightly heavy. Not meant to be worn for hours on end. However, they have really good passive noise cancelling. The sound is more treble oriented and the bass is a bit muted.
This high frequency treble can hurt some ears. But a quick EQ solves all this, bringing life to these. Get a good DAC and AMP (check Schiit Magni and Modi) and these ear cups will glow. The packaging is solid, so was Headphone zone's delivery.
Buy these if you want to hear everything in whatever you are playing. Gaming, movies or just general music, everything sounds the way it was recorded. This might not appeal to some but for the purists, this is it.
