In case you receive the ddHiFi - DJ44B Mark II 4.4 Balanced Female to 2.5mm Balanced Male Adapter with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

A COMPACT ADAPTER WITH SEAMLESS PLUG UNPLUG SUPPORT & INTERFERENCE-FREE SIGNAL OUTPUT

It is quite a challenge to keep the overall adapter compact when it has a big 4.4mm socket. But with its constant pursuit of pushing limits to develop compact technology, the ddHiFi's was able to design the super light and compact DJ44B. Each metal contact point of the customized 4.4 sockets is plated with the highest standard gold. Even the plug-in contact of each socket shell is made transparent. With a gold-plated copper socket shielding ring, the DJ44B blocks interference signal at the socket gap. It uses a mixed conductor of 6N OCC and 6N silver-plated OCC for super-efficient signal transmission.

Niche product meant for a specific use set

It does what it does..and does it without any fuss.
It allows me to connect my 4.4mm cable to my DAP which has a 2.5mm jack.
Very surprising that while 2.5mm female/4.4mm male balanced sets are available in plenty, the reverse connection sets are a rarity...and at least twice as expensive!
