3. Do you order the product from the brand as soon as I place the order?
We do not immediately order the product but add it in the upcoming order.

4. Will you be giving me updates?
Once we have ordered the product and have a confirmed timeline, we will give you an update.

5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

In case you receive the DENAFRIPS - VENUS II 12th-1 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

The Venus II 12th-1 stands as a true balanced, dual-mono R-2R Ladder Network Arrays DAC. Each channel incorporates an independent high-speed FPGA for digital signal decoding, utilising 4 sets of 0.005% R-2R networks. This design choice ensures minimal linearity error, high decoding speed, and low digital noise. It guarantees not only very low distortion in the audio signal but also a quiet, black background, enhancing the listening experience. All digital inputs undergo FIFO buffering and reclocking by the onboard TCXO (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator). The DAC's exceptional rejection of word-clock jitter reduces dependence on source equipment clock quality. Clean power equates to the foundation of good sound. A dedicated linear power supply unit, enclosed in a robust 1.5mm thick metal alloy case beneath the DENAFRIPS Venus II 12th-1 DAC motherboard, incorporates a box-within-box design with an MU-Metal divider. This configuration eliminates issues associated with dual-box solutions and showcases DENAFRIPS' meticulous attention to premium DAC design. The setup includes robust dual O-Core Transformers (80VA x 2) for both Digital and Analog sections, Ultra-Low ESR, Long Endurance Reservoir Capacitors, and a multi-stage super-linear power supply. This design ensures an ultra-precise, low-ripple power supply for charging up the DAC. In the VENUS II 12TH-1, DENAFRIPS introduces a simplified AC main power socket, not as a cost-cutting measure but as a testament to their commitment to high-quality power supply as a fundamental element for superior sound. To achieve this, DENAFRIPS customises the AC mains power socket in-house using UPOCC gold-plated copper. EXPERTLY DESIGNED TO BE SCALABLE WITH THOUGHTFULLY IMPLEMENTED INPUTS & OUTPUTS

The DENAFRIPS Venus II 12th-1 now boasts an anodised aluminium chassis available in both silver and black colour options, catering to those who prefer a more compact DAC with a silver finish. Building upon the success of its predecessor, the Venus II 12th-1 enhances the already impressive build quality of the Venus II 12th. This new iteration includes an I²S input and has undergone a redesign of both the back and front panels. The I²S connection enables compatibility with the DENAFRIPS DDC (Digital To Digital Converter) and other I²S transport options. The front panel incorporates input selection buttons for USB, COAX, OPT, I2S, OS/NOS, Phase, and Mute. Meanwhile, the rear panel has been upgraded to offer XLR and RCA as analogue outputs and Coax, Optical, I²S, and USB as inputs, providing increased flexibility for the Venus II 12th-1.
