In case you receive the EarMen - CH-Amp with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

FEATURES A COMPOSITE AMPLIFIER TOPOLOGY FOR A CLEAN PERFORMANCE

EarMen has implemented a Composite Amplifier Topology in the CH-Amp. Composite op-amp brings the best of both worlds with excellent DC and AC characteristics. These amplifiers offer several advantages over other types of amplifiers. The design engineers at EarMen have used Composite Amplifier Topology in the CH-Amp for a reason which helps bring out the best. Power amplifiers typically use thermal feedback loops, thus causing errors while driving heavy loads. These errors occur due to self-heating. Using the composite amplifier topology removes such errors and improves the performance of the circuitry. The composite amplifiers also offer better DC output offset.

DOUBLES-UP AS A PREAMP WITH GAIN SWITCH

Preamp outs and gain control are two significant features of the EarMen CH-Amp. You can connect powered monitors to CH-Amp's balanced or single-ended preamp outputs for a high-fidelity system. To better match your headphones, the gain switch provides you with better control over output volume and impedance.

HIGH-TECH COMPONENTS FOR A TRULY HI-FIDELITY SOUND

A team of engineers at EarMen have incorporated WIMA capacitors with audio electrolytes in combination with MELF low noise resistors and SoundPlus OPA1642 operational amplifiers, which proved to be great for getting neutral sound. EarMen CH-Amp has excellent characteristics, a low signal-to-noise ratio and THD, excellent frequency response and a lot of power.

FULLY BALANCED ARCHITECTURE WITH EXTRA LOW NOISE LINEAR POWER SUPPLY

EarMen CH-Amp is a fully Balanced Headphone Amplifier, which means that the balanced outputs from the source go to the output intact, only amplified. From the Single-end input, the signals are converted to balanced without phase shift (phase imbalance), obtaining + and - signals perfectly in phase. In this way, unwanted noise is removed, preventing them from being added inside the device. With the CH-Amp, you also get a linear low-noise power supply made without compromise, using the best components and the latest circuit design. EarMen Linear power supply is reliable, simplistic and produces minimal noise. It is designed to offer the best characteristics and efficiency. It also has protection against current overload, short circuits and thermal overload. The advantage of this power supply is that you can connect it to the EarMen Tradutto DAC and EarMen Staccato Streamer and get an all-in-one system.
