In case you receive the FiiO - LT-TC1 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Finally found it!

It's been quite a while since I've been searching for this product. It wasn't on FiiO official site either. Thankfully I got it at my favourite place, the Headphone Zone. I specially purchased this to use with my phone and FiiO BTR5.

PERFECT CABLE..!

The cables do the job excellently. I am using it to pair my Fiio Btr5 with the smartphone. The braided cable gives the confidence that it will last longer if you use them hard or mixing up with the other objects. The prominent advantage I see with this cable is it won't wobble or lose connection, sturdier. The Aluminum alloy material used in the connector gives enough grip to plug in and out.

Perfect cable to connect your Ios and Android devices to an external DAC

This cable replaced my Amazon Basics (AB) Type C - Type C cable that had a mind of its own and worked less than half the times I tried to connect it to an external DAC to my IOS and Android devices. The Fiio cable in comparison works every time and even with those devices that never worked with AB cable. The cloth sheathing is thick and and the connection to the USB port is tight and doesn't wobble at all. Only con I can think is that the cable is slightly too rigid and doesn't bend easily to stack devices together. But functionally its flawless. I have connected it to my DX160, Looto Paw S1, Shanling Q1, Windows 10 laptop and it works with everything I have thrown at it.
