What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the Meze - 99 Neo with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

The Meze - 99 Neo should please those looking for a rougher, more tumbly listen that follows the original as closely as possible.
If you prefer EDM, some R’n’B and less vocal focused then the 99 Neo is your better choice. I find that slightly darker tone, more diffuse and sustained bass presence and contrasting treble response.
The 99 Neo’s sound is clear and richly balanced, and these closed-back over-the ear headphones do a good job hushing external noise.
The Meze 99 Neo is more than just a good sounding headphone. The look and feel of it combined with the sound provided all add up to make it an experience that’s quite unique.
Blessedly, Neo is just as capable in the soundstage as the 99C, being one of the widest and deepest closed-back headphones on the market.

Such a Pleasant sounding BRIGHT Cans

I always liked Meze for their quality but was not very impressed with their 99 Classics ... I still decided to take the plunge with 99 Neo ... What a pleasant sounding headphone... So easy to drive... Even with mobiles it is so easy to drive.

Bass is superb but not overpowering... No Bass creep...Treble is fantastic but no sibilance.... And Mids are crystal clear..... I used simple portable DACs (DDHiFI TC 35 Pro Mountain, FiiO KA 17, and even DDHiFi TC 35B) and played HiRes music both online and offline.. Plays like a charm.... You can't get a DAC simpler than TC 35B and it played wide and tall..... I also used iBasso DX180 DAP and the HP naturally sounded great .. Bright and Warm... But for this HP, a mobile is more than enough.... Drives easy

One caveat though ... if the source is bad.. it will clearly show in these cans.....

Build is superb......Sits nicely and doesn't hurt in the head... And overall looks great..... Earcups could have been slightly bigger but still fine. well cushioned... The case is a nice touch... The cable quality is great.....

On the whole, a worth buy for me!!!! Give it a test ride... You will not be disappointed....

A Warm Sounding and Gorgeous Looking Headphone

Perfectly ,superb tremendously nice headphone.

I was desperately waiting to lay my hands on a headphone like this. Very good for relaxed listening with crisp vocals, mid range is perfectly clear,the treble is just the way I wanted - very nice and bass is mind boggling. Perfectly balanced headphone- A masterpiece. Sound quality on another level

Sound quality is awesome. The only complain is ears getting warm after an hour of hearing but it may be common to all closed back headphone.

it is nice

this is a good looking and good sounding headphone. You can replace earpad, headband perhaps everything. Don't expect something that 30k headphone would provide.

Good build quality. Musical. Easy to drive. Any DAC amp should be able to drive it. Comfortable to wear. Won't provide you all the details, but excellent headphones at this price point.
