Firmware Update Steps:
Unzip the downloaded firmware file.
Copy the appropriate firmware file to the root directory of the ECHO MINI's internal memory.
Safely eject the device.
Restart the ECHO MINI to begin the automatic firmware upgrade.
Important Notes:
Remove the SD card from the ECHO MINI before updating the firmware.
The ECHO MINI is available in 512MB versions, and each version requires a different firmware.
Firmware files with "MINI" in the filename are for the 512MB version.
If the incorrect firmware is copied to the device, the firmware upgrade screen will not appear. Simply copy the correct firmware file and try again.
If you encounter any issues during the update process, please contact customer support.

Dear headphonezone.in team,
I purchased this product based on my friend's recommendation. He had purchased the 8GB internal storage variant for ₹5,999 from headphonezone.in,
so when I saw the FiiO Snowsky Echo Mini listed on your website at the same price, I reasonably expected to receive the same variant.
However, after receiving my order, I discovered that the unit I received has only 512MB of built-in storage, despite the product being sold at the same ₹5,999 price.
What concerns me more is that the specification on the product page appears have not mentioned it in specs section, it is only mentioned in the section talking about sd card support. The difference between the 8GB and 512MB variants was not something that was clearly noticeable while making the purchase, and I made my buying decision based on the information and pricing presented on your website.
I do not believe it is reasonable for two significantly different variants of the same product to be sold at the same price, especially when the specification difference is not made sufficiently clear to the customer.

So basically built good lightweight... But in sound quality good for the price same as mobile with high-quality flac files can play Major file types... But i noticed the sound stage shrinks minorly but overall a very good music player and i love rhe physical feel of it changing music and stuff Great buy

If you are thinking to buy this here this lil guide which might help you a bit
1)Update it's latest firmware from Fiio, it would solve most of bugs.
2)It comes with only 7gb internal storage if you try using sd card it won't just plug and play for that you have to place a blank sd card inside format it from echo mini itself then add music to it after that you have to refresh it from files in player or it wont show music to play.
3)Must update tags like album genre for better selecting music inside it.
4)Must download mp3 tag you would thank it later.
5)Album art supported format is just jpeg under 500*500 or it won't show anything just blank.
