5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

In case you receive the 64 Audio - Volur with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

64 Audio's Volür marks a new era of technological innovation in the world of audio. This 10-driver hybrid IEM, building upon the legacy of Nio, is designed to impress. The beating heart of the Volür consists of two new custom 9mm dynamic drivers configured in True Isobaric configuration, delivering unparalleled low-frequency performance. While 64 Audio's tia™ high-driver continues to set the standard for high-frequency excellence, the new tia waveguide enhances its efficiency and offers greater tuning control. The six low-mid and single high-mid balanced armature drivers from its predecessor have been thoughtfully re-engineered to maximise space and incorporate 3D-printed acoustic tuning features, ensuring a remarkable audio experience.

UTILISING A TRUE ISOBARIC CONFIGURATION AND UPGRADED MAGNET AND LOW PASS FILTER

64 Audio employs an innovative cone-to-magnet isobaric driver configuration, featuring two dynamic drivers connected via an acoustically inert coupling chamber. One diaphragm is entirely sealed off, with only the other responsible for sound generation. This intricate setup offers several advantages, including enhanced damping, reduced distortion, doubled power handling due to two coils and motor structures, and an extended low-frequency response. By wiring the iso-group in series, 64 Audio collaborated with their suppliers to create an improved 9mm dynamic driver equipped with an upgraded n54 magnet and a diaphragm made of 25μm PU/115°C + 19μm Ti Cone, resulting in increased sensitivity. Additionally, they used a high-precision textile mesh acoustic low-pass filter, developed for the Fourté Blanc, to further fine-tune the sound.

TIA AND TIA WAVEGUIDE TECHNOLOGIES FOR A HIGHLY REFINED LISTENING EXPERIENCE

64 Audio Volür features the use of Tubeless In-Ear Audio (tia) methodology and tia waveguide to deliver clean and clear audio. The direct-radiating tia high-driver is fitted with the new tia waveguide to increase the efficiency and general amplitude of the HF band. To refine this HF response, special diffusion windows were integrated into the front and side of the waveguide. The tia waveguide also serves as a mounting mechanism, mating to the mid-driver housing, offering exact driver positioning during manufacturing. Furthermore, Tubeless In-Ear Audio (tia) is a patented IEM design methodology that aims to reduce unwanted resonance and distortion for a transparent and lifelike sound signature. The tia system consists of three major elements: open-balanced armature tia drivers, the tia single-bore design, and tia acoustic chambers. Volür features two major elements of the tia system: the tia driver and the tia single-bore design.

PATENTED APEX AND LID TECHNOLOGIES FOR A TAILORED LISTENING EXPERIENCE

The Air Pressure Exchange (apex) is an innovative vent, patented for its ability to release air pressure in a sealed ear canal while maintaining standard IEM-level isolation. This venting not only enhances listener comfort, reducing fatigue but also contributes to a more realistic soundstage. The Volür offers four module variations for apex: mX, m12, m15, and m20. Although it may resemble other UIEMs, the internal apex system is re-engineered to optimise space for the LF bore within the mid-driver housing. The Linear Impedance Design (LID), another patented feature, rectifies the non-linear electrical resistance present in the 10-driver IEM, ensuring that variations in amplifier output impedance from source devices won't affect the frequency response, thus preserving the desired sound signature consistently.

Wow!

These are insane - I had kept a limit where I thought the price to value achieves the law of diminishing returns. Have had it only for about an hour and all logic goes out of the window, I am not going to talk about graphs and dynamics and all of the other terms that 'audiophiles' use as I dont understand any of that but the clarity and separation of instruments was striking. The bass through the M15 Apex Module (comes pre-installed) was excellent and these are oh so comfortable you really forget ur wearing these. I still have 3 Apex modules to try out. One thing to note it comes with the 3.5mm single ended cable just wish that there was a choice to get balanced cables, it is to be expected at this price point. Will wait for the Effect Audio Code 24 cable to arrive and revisit this review.
Are these my IEM end-game not sure but I thought the Meze Advar was my IEM endgame a few months back. I am in deep in this rabbit (shit) hole now!
