Hi Raghav da, before i bought normal 3.5mm jack wire included in my IEM which I have been using for long but after using this type c wire I can hear the diffrence and full potential of my kz castor, the byte and thump is phenomenal.

I haven't ever used a USB Type-C cable before so I was concerned that it would be a passive connector that only works with phones like those dongles. But it has a proper DAC that makes it an active USB earphone. The driver works well with Linux, Windows and Android. The mic surprisingly well without any cross bleed. So much better than 3.5mm for calls and meetings.
The DAC chip does kinda radiate small amount of heat and being so close to the USB port and being enclosed in the resin probably not doing it any good. So I'm skeptical of it's lifespan. Better to have a backup cable to be safe.
There's also some HeadphoneZone song recommendations... They're okay.

This is a fantastic cable for my KZ EDX Pro IEMs. The build quality feels solid, and the sound is excellent. My only concern is that the Type-C plug is extremely tight when plugging it into my phone's port. It feels like I have to use a lot of force, and I'm worried it might damage the port over time. Aside from this minor issue, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered the cable cause my older cable got damaged and the mic of really bss but seems this cable is also equipped with a bad mic and the mic doesn't match with the picture provided

Using these with KZ-EDX Pro, had to change my phone due to some issues and bought myself a phone which don't have 3.5mm jack so had to buy these. Initially I thought there would be a compromise in the audio quality but no there is no compromise in the audio quality but the mic and (next/utility) button side mic is good but the original cable had better button this button is not that good. This is a very good type c cable for audio

Other than the Mid freq. Performance, this DSP Cable is absolute banger plus I got it for around 500₹ which is wayyyyy cheap.

For a asking price of 569 . The good thing is you dont have a annoying type C to 3.5 then your IEM cables . Plus with the inbuilt amp and with power amplifier on your phone music sounds much clearer and crisper .
