In case you receive the KZ - EDX Pro with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

I have two things to share. One is about the KZ EDX Pro and another one about the Headphone Zone service. First I was very much satisfied by the audio quality of the KZ EDX Pro, even at 10% volume the audio quality was phenomenal. Now its about my experience with headphone zone. When I usually order gadgets from any of the big E-commerce websites I just get product which I ordered and that's it. But in headphone zone apart from the product they sent me a Thankyou note with few music album cards with the package. Delightful sounds and worst built quality.

Previously I used RHA 390 , at the first point I noted is the sound experience. It has a impressive details and immersive sound experience. Sounds are really great especially bass is too good. But the problem is built quality. It looks like a fancy stuff but quality is too bad. The wires are covered with transparent material is bad and when I removing the earpiece , the earbuds falls off so easily from its mounting place. Due to this I already lost one of my earbuds within 2 days. I never experienced this before in worst earphones. For it's price , the sound experience is phenomenal but the quality of built is worst but it's ok.

One of the best earphones in this price range

I had read good reviews about the earphones (IEMs, to be accurate!), but was not expecting such a great sound quality. It is one of the best sound quality I have listened in under 1000 INR price range. Exceptional clarity in highs and vocals, and comfortable yet punchy bass - unlike the bass-heavy earphones. The completely plastic build makes it light to wear and does not cause pain while wearning for a long time, though the same makes the earphones feel a little less sturdy. The detachable wires are a great feature, and would make the life of the earphones longer. I would definitely recommend this earphones to anyone who wants to be an audiophile on a low budget.

Feeling pity

I have been listening to music for many years and used all sorts of headphones and earphones from Sony XB55 to AKG k371, but this thing costs only fraction of the price compared to those and yet it blew me of my mind for the price. Built quality is extremely good for the price especially the capable.
FEELING PITY for those who buy Sony, JBL, Skullcandy and other highly marketed earphones.
It's just the beginning of the journey.
Sometime in the future I hope I'll be posting the same kind of review for kinera Freya.
And really good job for the safe packing and courier.

My first IEMs 😇

I would always browse the Audiophile section and buy nothing, ofourse the cost is important for me alongwith sound quality.
These are great, looks so cool and they sound amazin! I can only wonder what the feel must be for the Expensive IEMs

The Pin, gave me little trouble. I was beign gentle with them and later added more pressure and they fit right it

IT HITS DIFFERENT

It's like giving life to music, you can really feel the instruments and the vocals better than any other headset in this price range. About the IEM, it's well built, the plastic is of high quality and the mic is good and is responsive, the wire feels a bit soft and I think needs to be handled with care, but it's of good quality. The audio quality, as I said is good there is no more unnecessary bass which most of the earphones in this price range do, but I think the treble is a bit too high and only downside is that the vocals are turned down. It's also great for gaming, and feels realistic. Also thank you, team Headphonezone for the playlist recommendations
