How do I use these IEMs if my phone does'nt have a 3.5mm output?
Alternatively, the best-sounding option is to go for a USB Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) to connect your IEMs. A good DAC makes a considerable difference to the overall sound of your set up and these DACs are highly capable and outperform inexpensive adapters. If you are looking for the best presentation of your music then a dedicated USB DAC is the way to go.

I have brought this product few weeks back and I didn't like it as it has over powerful bass and it was uncomfortable on my ears so i decided to return it within 1 week according to the policy of headphone zone. Headphone zone has initiated the pickup of product but cancel led it later and never got back to me. I even tried to approach them through mail and WhatsApp but they didn't even care. I have decided that I'll never buy a product from here onwards from headphone zone because of this careless behaviour. Never expected this bad service from them
I had ordered kz castor and I initiated return as I didn't like the product and when I initiated return they didn't pick up order later when I posted bad review then they initiated return and took my product back but till now I didn't get any refund to account it's been more than 2 weeks but no response. I don't know what kind of business they are doing. I have brought products worth of more than 15k from head phone zone till now but still I'm not receiving minimum basic service. I don't even have words to explain my dissatisfaction towards headphone zone service.
I have already used KZ ZSN Pro X. Now i bought KZ Castor also. Below are the gears i used.
Mobile : One Plus 8T
DAC & Amp : iBasso DC03
Wireless Module : KZ AZ09 Pro
I have tested this with wired along with a DAC & Amp and also wireless using a wireless module as well. So obviously it sounds lot better with wired compared to wireless as i use DAC & Amp. Compared to KZ ZSN Pro X, bass is much better in Castor but mids are better in KZ ZSN Pro X. If you love to hear music with thump bass, better to go with KZ Castor. If you like it balanced, go with KZ ZSN Pro X. Also you have 4 tuning switches which you can use to customize the sound as per your taste. using these 4 tuning switches, you can create 16 sound stages. However you cannot see high change in these sound stages but you ll definitely see slight changes.
Overall a great chance of IEM with thump bass and that too pricing around 1800. A must go for bass lovers.

As advertised, Castor (bass) has better bass by default and when you use the turn switch, you can increase it much more. Out of the box, switches 3 and 4 were turned on. I turned them off to compare it against MoonDrop Chu 2 and I kind of still like Chu 2. I loved the foam tips though (experiencing it for the first time) and it gives a decent passive noise cancellation (isolation, maybe?)
The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because it is as promised. The bass is good and one can tune it using the turn switches (4 switches => 16 unique combinations) as per their liking.
For a similar budget, it's better to go with Chu 2 unless you want that extra bass or the ability to tune.

I have a fist of iems from ve monk to dq6, (lot of people like me stuck in under 3k iem segment! So don't know how 50k 80k segment sounds!) but never seen this type of clean bassy iem! Such a wide sound stage unbelievable! You can customize it as your taste. Push it to v shape or shine it as hi-fi iem or boss of the Bass! So many reviewed it takes 16 type customization (4x4!) But it's not true, only 4 styles you can mod it! first 2 switchs dedicated to bass last 2 dedicated to high frequencies. Don't confuse switchs are not aloted to particular frequency equalization it's just add some more decibels to bass segment or treble.
Value for money. Underrated duel dd.
