Amazing IEM. I'm a drummer and it's amazing. It sounds really nice. Even when we hear the music we can know how detailed every instrument in the background is. But I have suggestions like it should come without mic in gold colour and blue colour and they should focus more on comfort then it would have been incredible. Apart from that it's amazing for audiophiles and musicians who are beginner.

Got these on Sept. 2021 after a lot of reviews and using a pair of wireless neckband earphones from Skullcandy, which I thought the "best" in sound. Then this totally transformed the way the I imbibe music. So, irrespective of Pros and Cons, I love this pair and will treasure these first pair of IEMs forever. The above pics: 1) one with blue eartips- Sept. 2021, 2) one with black eartips and red braiding- date when this review was posted.
Pros:
Transformative audio quality, especially if you daily drive most wired (under ₹1000) and wireless TWSs (under ₹7000)
Good Fit and comfort (this is subjective but I wore them for 12 hours straight during a train sojourn and felt zero discomfort)
Strong build with metal-acrylic combo (banged on metal crossbars in bus multiple times but no issues till date)
Detachable cables
The goodness of being wired (no latency issues, no multiple devices to charge, low profile if wired is tucked under the outfit)
Cons:
V-Shaped sound with shrill highs might not be everyone's cup of tea
Good cable but prone to UV degradation on long term use and pretty easy to tangle. UV degradation led to fraying of cables, thus I braided with craft thread on key joint areas to avoid further breakage.
Out of luck with 3rd party upgrade cables due to KZ's proprietary "C-Pin" design on the universal 0.78 mm pin connections. Kudos to Salnotes and Moondrop on that but not KZs. Going for the KZ ones with no choice.
The paint on the metal part will eventually will be scuffed.
The convienece of wireless earbuds but I totally am fine for lovely audio quality
So, is this a must buy? Well not just this. But most IEMs under ₹2k are sheer upgrades for anyone who love music and want to redefine the way they connect with them :)
