What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

In case you receive the Final - E1000 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

The E1000C has a high-quality microphone for receiving calls. It is a high-quality microphone that can transmit clear audio. Receiving calls, rejecting calls, playing/pausing music, and changing the songs played are all quick-access tasks allocated to the button on the microphone housing.

Will these IEMs sound better than stock earphones?

In general, the Final - E1000 will sound better than stock earphones that you may have used with your smartphone. These IEMs were built using high-quality drivers and materials and tuned to deliver a well-balanced sound signature. The Final - E1000 IEMs provide a much more accurate and authentic reproduction of the original music recording and present a very high overall sound quality. Using them should change how you listen to your favourite artist and allow you to rediscover music.

Do these really sound better than Wireless Earbuds?

Wireless Earbuds are no doubt convenient. But they usually sound pretty ordinary. These IEMs, although wired, are designed and built with the goal of just delivering brilliant sound. Keep in mind, wireless earphones, pack in batteries, Bluetooth receivers, electronic components and speakers that add to their cost and can end up at several times the price of an equivalent sounding wired earphone. And so, for the same budget, wireless earbuds can sound pretty ordinary compared to wired IEMs. If sound quality is a priority over convenience, wired IEMs come out ahead in terms of price, and significantly in terms of sonic performance. If your phone doesn't have a 3.5mm output, you can use a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter for android phones or a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter for Apple iPhones to connect the Final - E1000 IEMs. Alternatively, the best-sounding option is to go for a USB Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) to connect your IEMs. A good DAC makes a considerable difference to the overall sound of your set up and these DACs are highly capable and outperform inexpensive adapters. If you are looking for the best presentation of your music then a dedicated USB DAC is the way to go.

Do I really need a Digital To Analog Converter (DAC) or Amplifier to use these?

You don't necessarily need a Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) or Amplifiers to use the Final - E1000 IEMs, as they can be plugged directly into the 3.5mm output of your smartphones, tablets or laptops. They usually have enough power to drive these Earphones. However, using a dedicated DAC can improve the overall sound quality and provide a more detailed reproduction, especially if you are listening to Lossless or Hi-Res music.

Final’s Tuning Wins Me Over - Surprisingly Rich Sound

When I first tried this IEM, the volume was so abysmally low that I was convinced it was defective. I was using my Sound Blaster Play! 3 to drive it at the time. However, switching to my iFi Zen DAC completely transformed the listening experience. The soundstage opened up, with crisp highs and tight, controlled bass.

This is my first Final IEM, and I’m absolutely loving their tuning. You’d think something this lightweight and made of plastic wouldn’t sound this rich, but it truly does. I’d definitely recommend it over other options that either are too sibilant or suffer from overly boomy bass.

This is my most recent addition to the ever-expanding EDM collection. I'm really enjoying it! Here’s what stands out: Crystal Clear Audio Quality: If you want to clearly hear dialogues and voices, this one excels. HD Reproduction: The drivers deliver a strong performance and reproduce audio true to the source. However, for an average listener, it might not be particularly impressive.

For less than Rs 2000, I don’t know of any other IEM that has impressed me as the Final E1000. The design and build quality are far superior to the countless Chinese IEMS at the same price. A great example of Japanese design and engineering.
