Moondrop's Warranty Period is 1 Year from the date of Invoice for all products.

Moondrop's goal is to offer you a level of support that matches the attention to detail and quality of our products. In the unlikely event that a Moondrop product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please submit the form below. All you gotta do is make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for a warranty claim.

Please note that Headphone Zone is authorized to handle the warranty claims for the purchases made only from Headphone Zone's website.

What's Eligible Under Warranty

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

  • One side not working
  • Both sides not working
  • Channel imbalance
  • Crackling Sound
  • Mic/Remote not working

What's Not Eligible Under Warranty

PHYSICAL DAMAGES

  • Wear and tear from usage / Cosmetic Flaws
  • Frayed, cut, or damaged cables 
  • Broken connector pins or jacks
  • Any incidental damages, from any accidents, or natural disasters.
    If we find any damage on the unit during inspection, the warranty WON’T be applicable, and we’ll have NO OPTION but to send the same unit back to you.

Understanding The Warranty Claim Process

STEP 1

Fill the Warranty Claim Request Form below by sharing with us all the necessary details -  defect, invoice, model name, etc. Once we get your request, we will get back to you in a day's time. 

STEP 2

Once your claim request is approved, a unique WCID (Warranty Case Id) number will be issued to your case. Once it's approved, the faulty unit has to be couriered to us by the customer.

STEP 3

Once the unit is received by us, we shall start the inspection process and get back to you. We shall thoroughly inspect the unit for the issues that you have highlighted and will share an inspection status. At this stage, we will check where the issue is and if replacing the defective part of the unit can fix the overall issue This entire process can take up to 7 working days.

STEP 4

After the final inspection, we will either send your unit back in working condition or send you another working unit of the same model. If a replacement unit is unavailable, we will have to wait for the stocks to arrive and then ship out your replacement unit. If the model has been discontinued, the replacement unit will be the successor model as defined by the brand. The unit will be sent to the address mentioned in the form.

Keep In Mind


Refunds & Store Credits: Not applicable under warranty. Only repair or replacement of the same model is possible.


Shipping: Customers bear the cost of sending the unit; we cover the return shipping for replacements.


Physical Damage: Any physical damage voids the warranty. Such units will be returned without processing.


Discontinued Models: Successor models will be offered as per brand policy.
