In case you receive the 1Custom - Junior with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

It comes equipped with a single dynamic driver and two balanced armature drivers. With this, the earphone presents a high-resolution outcome. Each of the drivers is independently fine-tuned for a wide soundstage with lesser resonance.

Tuning Switches For Clean Audio

There are also tuning switches on the IEM allowing you to tweak the sound to your liking. You can feel free to play around with the tuning switches and discover your preference. They are pretty effective while not overpowering the other frequencies in any way. The structural design offers more consistent sound across all frequencies to deliver shiny highs and deep bass.

The 1Custom Junior also has metal nozzles that have a lip. The lip will be useful to ensure that most ear tips will stay in place and not slide off and get stuck in your ears. I first thought that the customizable switches were a gimmick. But they're not. My favourite setting is 'Detail'. It's incredible the detail and nuances that this IEM brings to the table. But the USP for me is the ultra-wide Soundstage. I haven't heard that on any other IEM.

If you’re looking for a comfortable IEM with switches to slightly tweak the sound, a nice build quality, I totally recommend getting the 1Custom Junior IEMs from them.
The stock tonality of the Junior is on the slightly brighter side, but it does offer a smooth bass region and a euphonic midrange with a wide soundstage.
The 1Custom Junior from Jaben Singapore has an excellent value. The Bass is quite beautiful, with an excellent amount of impact, a nice sub-low extensions, mid-bass presence too.

Bliss to my ears

The Custom Jr has a great fit & is comfortable enough for long listening hours, being fairly easy to drive. It's easy to pair it with anything, Though the wires do not have a mic, its not much of an issue for me. I generally use this pair with my FiiO BTR5 & the experience is surreal. Thank you for Headphone Zone for the quick delivery & the playlist cards were just the best

Excuse my French, but they are f****ng marvelous!

I tried all settings, the difference is 5% or so, really subtle. I am just going to mention the setting with max bass. The bass is tight with fast decay, not meddling with lower mids at all. Vocals are amazingly natural. Highs are extended, airy and detailed.

Soundstage is wide as a playground. I think I am in love with these IEMs. Special thanks to Danish from headphone zone who guided me to these over FD3 and FH3.

Mesmerising Earphones

Just Amazing - After attending the Headphone connect at Hyderabad, I ordered these and these are just amazing - no words.

I am writing below line after using this product for about 2 months - the built quality is not that great - I was trying to change the wire and pushed it slightly in to its holder on earbuds and on one of its ear but the holder got broke - it was just a slight push. I did not expect this.

A gem of an earphone

I am not much into earphones and basis of comparison is with a shure 215 and Astel and Kern Billie jean. This is warmer more detailed and with a deeper and cleaner bass. loved it using the Detailed setting. I now use it with the Shure True wireless module and its a great match so far.
