In case you receive the CCA - PLA13 (Unboxed) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

I am new to the world of IEMs. Heard a lot about them and stumbled upon these CCA Planar ones. To be very honest, they are not very different from your regular headphones. Sound quality is better but not something that will blow your mind. Its just a better headphone which are expensive.

Impressive Sound stage shame about the mic

For close to a year I was using Final Audio’s E3000, those earphones had really grown on me. Great design, solidly built.
It was great for audio and taking calls.
However, all good things come to an end. I lost them, while commuting!

I have been using the CCA-PLA13 for about a week now. I did burn them in with a solid 10 hours play time.
My first impressions:
The Soundstage is impressive.
The lower end is sparkly, perhaps a bit too much for my liking. The higher end is great. Where I have felt disappointed so far is the mids. The mids are hazy/imprecise and sometimes even muffled.

On the ergonomic side, the earphones fit very well. I was apprehensive about the loops, but my apprehensions were unfounded. They sit very comfortably, almost unnoticeable after the first few minutes.

The let down though is the mic, the flattened wire design means that the mic faces the body as opposed to outward facing. This obstructs the sound capture.

Also the mic is placed quite a distance below the mouth, it’s almost half way down the shirt front.
I know, the USP is supposed to be audio but not much thought seems to have gone into the mic.

Nett-Nett, the impressive width of the soundstage perhaps just tips the balance in favour of the CCA-PL13 vis-a-vis the E3000 in terms of idea. But just.

However, the all round usability - audio, calls, solid build - makes the E3000 the more convenient and user friendly of the two, at least for everyday use.

But, hey you can’t have everything!!

Low volume low bass

It’s not what I expected it’s low volume.low bass,beat isolation good but low in intensity.I have given up now.not exchanging or ordering new one will use till it’s lasts.
