What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the DITA Audio - Awesome Plug Version 2 Type-C Plug with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

A CUTE PRODUCT

In my view, “CUTE” is the perfect word to describe this DAC. I bought it on impulse, but honestly, I haven’t found much use for it.

To be clear, the product itself is flawless—it’s well-built, aesthetically pleasing, and pairs beautifully with Dita’s modular cable system.

However, when used with the Dita Project M, its utility is limited. The Project M benefits greatly from power and truly excels with a powerful (preferably warm) DAC/AMP. While this plug offers convenience, it unfortunately compromises the IEM’s performance.

The only practical use I’ve found for this plug is with KZ IEMs, as they’re the only ones compatible with Dita’s C-type connectors.

In hindsight, I think the ₹ 3000 could have been better spent on other accessories like tips or cables.

WOWZAAAA!

Two minutes since arrival and this tiny plug destroyed, I mean totally decimated all of the dongle DACs I own (including the Questyle M15i, which I love to bits). I already loved the Dita Audio Project M but was hating to carry the dongle DACs everywhere which are great but cumbersome and added bulk and this pairing with the Awesome Plug just solved that issue. I was waiting for the Noble Audio XM-1s to be restocked but have no need for it now, I would rather buy another Project M for the vault and another one of these and still save 23K. The Project M are already my favorite IEMs at any price point and I reach out to them more than the other expensive IEMs in my collection and this made it oh so much better. Very clean implementation and excellent build quality, also came in a very cute and colorful cardboard box. Meze take note this is how you do a dongle DAC not the cheap shit you bundled with the Alba. At Rs. 2999 this is a steal and all Dita Project M owners should take note and get these! Would give it 6 stars out of 5 similar to my rating for the Dita Project M.
