In case you receive the KZ - PR3 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

Awesome sound

This is my first IEM and it sounds phenomenal. I also own sony xm4 which did not sound great. The problem with xm4 was its pathetic resolution and imaging.
This on the other hand has detailed resolution and seperation and detail retrieval . You could hear more than 10 full instruments simultaneously. That's the most important thing in a headset in my opinion.
Regarding the treble, it's slightly on the brighter side but because the resolution is so good, one can eq easily. I never equed it though.

Regarding mids it's lush. It has body and not tinny sounding at all. No complaints.

Mid bass is neutral and beautiful. Many people complain about the lack of mid bass but honestly boosted midbass is an imperfection. Lesson learned from my xm4. Certain instruments like saxophone should not have warmth. Boosting mid bass adds warmth across the instruments which makes music sound muddy.

Regarding sub bass there is rumble whenever the song needs it. It's textured and clear. Bass is not bad at all.

This is how a balanced signature is supposed to be. Metal sounds like metal. Pop sounds like pop, EDM sounds like EDm..... In xm4 everything sounds "digital".

All this with just an apple dongle DAC and stock cable. DAC is highly recommended.

Just blindly buy this people. It's that good. It's miles better than my XM4 (even on wired mode) which retails at 20k.
I'm done with dynamic drivers. Planar magnetic is the way to go. Looking forward to buy Hifiman in future. Thanks.

Very dry sound

Honestly, I was disappointed with this one. They look decent and have decent cable but apart from that, I don't have anything good to say. They sound super dry. Bass sounds lacking. The trebles are elevated but not very well. I went with these ones because I wanted to test a planar magnetic pair but this is not it.

Not good

This IEM is good for monitoring a song and not for enjoying music. It lacks bass and the treble though is refined is way too forward and note weight is very thin. Music feels lifeless and also treble fatigue sets in very quickly. EQ doesn't help much. Technicalities are good but with a thin note weight. I also have KZ PR1 Hifi and that sounds much better for music. Driver seems good but may be missed opportunity by KZ in tuning.
