Long term review and have owned 2 cables in past. The cable is too good to use with all features till the day it stops working. And that day is certain and within a year. I have daily driven it from commute - office teams calls - back home listening to podcasts - answering calls - to gym.
This works great till the day it gives up. And that day is within a year. For the price its good but I feel cable should come with a 5 subscription model so that you get an elevated experience of feature + 5 year reliability
First of all, I would like to mention that the sound quality of this cable is absolutely excellent and there are no complaints in that department. However, I have serious concerns regarding the build quality and durability of this specific model.
I have used this cable before as well, and unfortunately, it stopped working within just a few days of use. This is the second time I am facing a similar issue where the product fails shortly after purchase. While the audio performance is top-notch, the physical reliability of the CDSP cable seems to be lacking.
I believe such a great-sounding product should be built to last longer. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that the quality control, especially for the Moondrop CDSP series, can be improved.
I am currently in the process of a warranty claim and hope for a better experience with the replacement unit.

It's a great product by the way the sound is balanced in these price no latency and all in anything like gaming, bursting music, it's an total all rounder , but it attracts the mammals very likely

I recieved it on 11 jan 24, and start using it for daily basis and keeping it on moondrop pouch that moondrop provide. Start noticing a little stiffness to the cable as its start getting rounder and remain that way while taking out from the pouch. So around 15 days before somehow while listening music its just stop working. I tried it reconnecting even switch ON/OFF my phone and check my otg configuration but nothing happened. Lastly tired moondrop iem with 3.5mm it working so the problem is in this CDSP cable which I was least expecting from such a brand. 5 months for 1399rs is on higher end for many beginner audiophile.I applied for warranty and now waiting for respond. Will Update if it was good idea to invest on moondrop or not.

This upgrade calble really helped me tune my Simgot EW 200 IEM according to my preference as the IEM completely lacked warmth out of the box. i would just like to say that the cable is awesome, might feel light to you, but for me its just fine, also I would just like to know from team Headphone Zone how to tackle the Samsung issue cause its causing a major problem while taking a call. When I reach the calling interface on my phone, it just starts to crackle so much, I tried changing my phones settings, but I think I have to do the good ol' plugging out the earphones to take the calls for the time being.
Also if such is a comptibility issue with phones, I would like team headphone zone to mention the phone compatibility on their website for the products, as I dont want others to go through what I am going through right now.

I received it yesterday and already placed a return request, it's a faulty cable, producing static noice and even right side not working, at first i thought something happened to my new phone, but turned out cable was faulty one, tried with my phone,laptop , my old cable is working fine unlike this replacement. Weird beep and hisss sound constantly.
